This subdivision is located in Medina, Ohio (Montville Township), a half-mile north of Sharon Copley Rd, off the west side of Wadsworth Rd.
Steeplechase at Lexington Ridge is a collection of 60 cluster homes, which are accessible from Lexington Ridge Dr and comprise the cul-de-sac streets of Belmont Ct, Bridle Ct, Steeple Chase Way, and Winner Cir.

Lexington Ridge cluster homes were built between 2000-2004.
The cohesive streetscape is lined with facades of horizontal white vinyl siding with dark cyan-green window shutters.
These ranch and two-story homes range from 1,300-4,200 square feet with full basements (some finished), 3 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.

Finished lower levels may include living rooms, bars, and an additional bathroom.

This development is also accessible from Wooster Pike through the adjoining community of Northampton Highland Estates.

While there are no sidewalks along the cluster home streets, sidewalks line Lexington Ridge Dr and all single-family homes.
The clubhouse, fitness center, playground and pool are adjacently located at 4367 Lexington Ridge Dr.



This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Medina City School District and H.G. Blake Elementary is conveniently located within the neighborhood (all homes are within a 6 min bike ride).
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Steeplechase at Lexington Ridge are approximately $450 annually plus $230 monthly, which includes landscaping, lawn care and snow removal.
