Coventry Lakes is a community of 24 homes in northeast Medina, Ohio (Granger Township), located off the south side of Remsen Rd, 0.7 miles west of State Rd. This subdivision encompasses the main/entrance street of Coventry Lakes Dr, Ashford Ct, one home on Winterberry Ln (house number 1081), and four lots on Remsen Rd, including the corner farmhouse built in 1890.
These homes were constructed between 1990-2021.
Homes in Coventry Lakes mainly range from 2,400-5,000 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms.

Lots in the northern half of this subdivision are mostly cleared with planted trees offering privacy. Those in the southern section are heavily wooded.

As with most Medina subdivisions, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.
There are no HOA fees in this development.
Coventry Lakes Dr adjoins Winterberry Estates to the west.
Coventry Lakes is also accessible from Ridge Rd through the entrance of Highland Hills Farm.

The subdivision of Coventry Lakes is located in northeast Medina, Ohio (Granger Township) near the border of Bath and Hinckley, off the south side of Remsen Rd, 0.7 miles west of State Rd.
Highways are accessible in 3 min to I-271, 10 min to I-71, 12 min to I-77, and 15 min to I-80/Turnpike. While the proximity to I-271 is convenient (roughly 0.5 miles north), it may subject the community to interstate traffic noise.
Summit Mall and shopping center is only 15 min away. Anchored by Dillard’s and Macy’s, it boasts over 125 of your favorite retailers like Apple, J. Crew, Gap, and Vera Bradley as well as the restaurants you crave like First Watch, P.F. Changs and Bravo. In addition, you’ll find an abundance of shopping and dining options nearby like Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s, Target, Lowe’s, and Home Depot as well as Winking Lizard Peninsula, Bomba Taco, Michael Angelo’s Winery, Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse, and more.
Local outdoor recreation amenities are plentiful! Just 3 min away is Allardale Park with hiking and equestrian trails, a picnic shelter and indoor lodge. The 150-acre Granger Wetlands Wildlife Sanctuary is just a 5 min drive. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is only 5 min away with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 12 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails. Bath Nature Preserve is a 13 min drive with hiking and equestrian trails, two ponds for catch-and-release fishing, sled riding, and cross-country skiing. Fifteen min away is the 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
Golfers have a number of golf courses accessible in 20 minutes or less including Hinckley Hills, Pleasant Valley, Ironwood, Briarwood, Bunker Hill, Seneca, and Sleepy Hollow. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re just 9 min to St. Bernard Golf Club and 13 min to Weymouth Country Club.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 20 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
