About Ridgewood Falls
Ridgewood Falls, aka Ridgewood Falls Garden Club, is a community of 60 condos and 133 single-family homes in Medina, Ohio (Montville Township), located off the north side of Ridgewood Rd, between I-71 and Windfall Rd.

Ridgewood Falls Single-Family Homes:
Single-family homes occupy the south end of Montville Dr (house numbers 5376-5555), Parnham Dr, Pondsford Dr, and the cul-de-sac streets of Rathburn Dr, West Creek Dr, Windem Dr, and Wayside Dr.
Note: The homes on Parnham Dr are also called The Estates of Ridgewood Falls, which was part of the final phase of development.
Homes were constructed from 1998-2011 by Drees Homes.
Most single-family homes in Ridgewood Falls are colonial, but there are a few ranches. Homes range from 2,600-5,800 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.
Facades include a variety of designs that make for an interesting streetscape.
Inside, homes feature hardwood or LVP flooring, designated foyers, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining rooms, private dens and/or formal living rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some are two-story) that open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, center island, breakfast bars, dinette area, and even morning rooms or sunrooms. Owner’s suites include walk-in closets and bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media rooms, billiard rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.
Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards feature patios and/or composite decks and fireplaces or fire pits.
Homesites are sized from 0.32 to 0.70 acres, most of which have treed or partially wooded backyards for enhanced privacy.
A number of homes abut wooded common area owned by the HOA (designated in yellow on above map) offering additional seclusion.
The streets occupied by single-family homes have curbs and sidewalks throughout, providing plenty of pavement to bike, skate or walk your dog.
Cul-de-sacs are enhnanced with landscaped islands.
Post for single-family homes is conveniently delivered to mailboxes at the end of each driveway.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Ridgewood Falls single-family homes are approximately $225 annually.
Attached Condos:
There are 56 twinplex condos (2-unit buildings with one shared wall between them) located along the southwest corner of the development along the streets of Benwick Dr, Burnhill Dr, and Hideaway Dr.
These condos were built by Drees Homes between 1998-2011.
These attached ranch and 1.5-story condos range from 1,349-2,265 with 2-4 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.
Inside, homes feature LVP flooring, designated front entry foyers, large laundry rooms with utility tubs, formal dining areas, private dens or flex rooms, and fireplaced great rooms with vaulted or two-story ceilings that open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, dinette area, and even morning rooms. First floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets and bathrooms with walk-in showers and/or soaking/jetted tubs and dual sinks/vanities. Second floors may have lofts. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) may include media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.
Atttached front-entry or side-entry garages acccommodate 2-cars.
Outdoor living is enjoyed on decks and/or patios.
Each condo abuts cleared greenspace offering meadow views.
Condos along the south side of Benwick Dr overlook a large pond.
Mail is delivered to mailbox kiosks.
The cul-de-sacs of Benwick Dr and Hideaway Dr are ornameted with landscaped islands.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Ridgewood Falls attached condos are approximately $225 annually, plus $210 monthly, which includes snow removal and lawn care.
Detached Condos:
The cul-de-sac street of Starlight Cir comprises four freestanding condos constructed by Drees Homes between 2005-2006.
These detached condos include ranch and 2-story designs ranging from 2,600-3,608 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.
Interior amenities include LVP flooring, designated front entry foyers, large laundry rooms with utility tubs, formal dining areas, private dens or flex rooms, and fireplaced great rooms with vaulted or two-story ceilings that open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops and dinette area. First floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets and bathrooms with walk-in showers and/or soaking/jetted tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Second floors may have lofts. Lower levels offer daylight windows or full walkouts, which may be finished with living rooms, bars, and exercise rooms. Front-entry garages accommodate 2 cars.
Backyards feature decks and/or patios.
The condos along Starlight Cir are encircled by scenic forested greenspace and back to a stream with rolling topography.
These condos have individual mailboxes.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Ridgewood Falls detached condos are approximately $225 annually, plus $197 monthly, which includes lawn care and snow removal.
The entrance to Montville Dr is flanked on either side by lovely landscape beds and a divided median with landscaping and masonry signage.
The common area across from the entrance to Parnham Dr has a gazebo and a short gravel path through the woods, which overlooks a creek with a small waterfall.
⚡POWER LINES: While the utility lines for these residences are underground, there is a row of wooden pole distribution lines running east-west through the center of the community.
All residences are serviced by public water and sewer.
The north end of the development borders Stonebrooke Village Apartments. The northeast, Montville Dr connects to Windfall Reserve.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Highland Local School District.
Other nearby developments include Montville Lakes (across the street).

🔊NOISE: While the proximity to I-71 is convenient, some homes along the west side of the subdivision are less than 300 feet from the interstate, potentially subjecting them to interstate traffic noise.
Medina’s historic square is 10 min away and its commercial district with restaurants, grocery, drug stores, banking, and shops including Target, Walmart, Staples, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Kohl’s, Marshalls and more is just a 15 min drive.
Summit Mall and shopping center is 17 min away. Anchored by Dillard’s and Macy’s, it boasts over 125 of your favorite retailers like Apple, J. Crew, Gap, and Vera Bradley as well as the restaurants you crave like First Watch, P.F. Changs and Bravo. Lake Medina is 9 min away for hiking, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing. The 150-acre Granger Wetlands Wildlife Sanctuary is an 11 min drive. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is 15 min away with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges.
