Woodhaven (also called Woodhaven Estates) is a single-street community of roughly 23 custom-built homes in northeast Medina Ohio (Granger Township) built from 1988-1997.

Kitchens feature granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites include walk-in closets and bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels are complete with media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms. Homes offer attached 3 car side-entry garages with many homes also offering detached garages.
Backyards extend living outdoors with maintenance-free decks and or patios and firepits.
Cleared to heavily wooded homesites range from 2.2 to 7.8 acres. The southern half of the street has the most heavily wooded properties.
There is one entrance from Ledge Rd via Woodhaven Dr. The entrance has a divided median with a landscaped island.
In addition to the homes on Woodhaven Dr, the subdivision also includes one home on Ledge Rd (house number 1964).
As with the majority of Medina subdivisions, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
Homes have well water and septic systems.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Woodhaven.
This neighborhood is serviced by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.

Convenient Location
The subdivision of Woodhaven (also called Woodhaven Estates) is in northeast Medina Ohio (Granger Township). The entrance is located off Ledge Rd between Stony Hill and Ridge roads.
Highways are accessible in 4 min to I-271, 5 min to I-71, 14 min to I-77, and 15 min to I-80/Turnpike. While the proximity to highways is convenient, the south end of the community is 0.6 miles from I-271. Thus, the community may be subjected to interstate traffic noise.
Summit Mall and shopping center is only 17 min away. Anchored by Dillard’s and Macy’s, it boasts over 125 of your favorite retailers like Apple, J. Crew, Gap, and Vera Bradley as well as the restaurants you crave like First Watch, P.F. Changs and Bravo. In addition, you’ll find an abundance of shopping and dining options nearby like Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s, Target, Lowe’s, and Home Depot as well as Winking Lizard Peninsula, Bomba Taco, Michael Angelo’s Winery, Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse, and more.
Local outdoor recreation amenities are plentiful! The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is only 6 min away with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. The 150-acre Granger Wetlands Wildlife Sanctuary is just a 6 min drive. Just 7 min away is Allardale Park with hiking and equestrian trails, a picnic shelter and indoor lodge. Ten min away is Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Park with family-friendly green space, two miles of trails, a large playground, fishing pond, and a spacious fenced dog run. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 13 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails. Bath Nature Preserve is a 15 min drive with hiking and equestrian trails, two ponds for catch-and-release fishing, sled riding, and cross country skiing. Just 20 min away is the 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
If you’re a golfer, there are a number of golf courses accessible in 20 minutes or less including Hinckley Hills, Pleasant Valley, Ironwood, Briarwood, Bunker Hill, Seneca, and Sleepy Hollow. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re 9 min to Weymouth Country Club.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 20 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
