About Wolf Creek Reserve

Wolf Creek Reserve is a single-street community of twenty custom-built homes in Medina Ohio (Sharon Township). Homes were constructed from 2001-2018. As of early 2022, there was one undeveloped lot.

Wolf Creek Reserve homes mainly range from 3,900-7,100 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3-4.5 bathrooms.

Inside, homes feature hardwood flooring, two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms and/or private dens with built-ins, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, and second-floor lofts or bonus rooms. Two-story or vaulted great rooms with fireplaces are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Trayed ceiling owner’s suites include walk-in closets and bathrooms with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms. Homes offer attached 3-4 car side-entry garages.

Backyards feature patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, and fireplaces or fire pits.

Lightly treed to heavily wooded homesites are sized from 2 to 11 acres.

Roughly six homes surround a large pond in the center of the development. There is also a sizable pond on the property at 2219 Rollingwood Dr.

The headwaters of Wolf Creek cross the back lots of homes along the eastern end of the subdivision.

Many parcels have rolling topography, allowing for walkout lower levels, with homes adjacent to Wolf Creek having steeper topography.
