About Medina Country Club Estates
Located in Lafayette Township of Medina, Ohio, Medina Country Club Estates (aka Wedge-Woods subdivision) is a private street with 12 custom-built single-family homes upon wooded 2-acre lots, many of which abut Medina Country Club golf course (green area on below map).
This community is located along a private drive off the west side of Ryan Rd, 0.6 miles north of Chippewa Rd. The private L-shaped drive comprises Ryan Rd addresses, encompassing house numbers 6760, 6788, 6790, 6818, 6822, 6848, 6852, 6884, 6896, 6906, 6918 and 6924.
The entrance to the private drive is flanked by landscaped beds, a signage post, and split-rail fencing that continues approximately 350′ along each side of the drive. There are no curbs or sidewalks along this subdivision’s private drive.
Medina Country Club Estates homes were built between 1985-1997.
Homes include ranch and colonial styles ranging from 2,300-5,200 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Inside, homes feature hardwood flooring, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings and/or millwork, formal living rooms and/or private dens with built-ins, large laundry rooms with utility tubs. Great rooms (some are vaulted) with fireplaces are open to kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and screened porch or sunroom. Owner’s suites include walk-in closets, and bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media rooms, billiard areas, bars, and exercise rooms.
Attached side-entry garages accommodate 3-4 cars. Numerous homes also have detached garages or outbuildings.
Homes have public water and septic systems.
Some properties have geothermal systems.
Backyards feature custom patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Lots are extremely deep and measure approximately 170′ wide, ranging from 3.5 to 4.9 acres.
Some homes are completely enveloped by mature trees, offering the ultimate in seclusion.
Several homes surround a stocked lake at the southwest corner of the development.
McCabe Creek meanders just west of the development.

This neighborhood is serviced by Cloverleaf Local School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Medina Country Club Estates are approximately $360 quarterly, which includes snow removal along the private street. Homes are also subjected to an annual Muskingum Watershed assessment fee of approximately $50/year.

For motorized water sports,Chippewa Lake is a 10 min drive.
Golfers have numerous courses accessible in 20 minutes or less including Bunker Hill, Ridge Top, Rawiga Golf Club, Loyal Oak, Pine Valley Golf Club, and Shale Creek Golf Club.
