Trophy Club is a community of roughly 56 single-family luxury homes in Medina Township, Ohio with 2+ acre lots offering ravined, forested and/or meadow views. This development is located off the north side of Hamilton Rd, between Plum Creek Pkwy and I-71, comprising Blakeslee Blvd, Silver Ridge Trl, and Champions Way.

These homes were constructed between 2004-2022 by custom builders including Artisan Building and Design, Diyanni Homes, Dutch Valley Homes, Modern Home Concepts, and WillowWood Homes.
Having a mix of builders with various home styles and sizes creates an interesting and unique streetscape.
The two-story and ranch homes in Trophy Club range from 3,400-11,800 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 2.5-6.5+ bathrooms.
Being that homes were constructed by multiple builders over 18+ years, designs and features vary. Inside, common features include hardwood or LVP flooring, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, garage entry cubbies/mud halls, formal dining rooms, sitting rooms and/or private dens, and fireplaced great rooms (many are vaulted or two-story) that are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bars, a walk-in pantry, and dinette area or morning room. Spacious owner’s suites (some are first-floor) include vaulted or tray ceilings, walk-in closets and bathrooms with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Finished lower levels (some have daylight windows or are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media or theater rooms, billiard areas, bars, kitchenettes, and exercise rooms. Attached side-entry garages accommodate 3-4+ cars. Some homes also have detached garages.
Homes are serviced by public water and septic systems.
Professionally designed backyards feature custom patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas or screened porches, and stone fireplaces or fire pits. Several lots along the south side of this development have private ponds.
Cleared or heavily wooded homesites mainly range from 2.0 to 5.36 acres. There is also one home on 13.59 acres.
The north and eastern ends of the community boast heavily wooded homesites, offering the ultimate in privacy and natural beauty.

There are two entrances to Trophy Club from Hamilton Rd via Blakeslee Blvd and Silver Ridge Trl. The latter entrance is flanked on the left by a landscaped bed with stacked stone pillars and wrought iron fencing with signage. A row of decorative trees runs along the front of the community and continues along Silver Ridge Trl until the first homes.
Blakeslee Blvd and Champions Way end in permanent cul-de-sacs.
Trophy Club is not connected to any other subdivision, so traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
As with most neighborhood streets in Medina, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Medina City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Trophy Club are approximately $300 annually.

The subdivision of Trophy Club is located in Medina Township, along the border of Brunswick Hills, off the north side of Hamilton Rd, between Plum Creek Pkwy and I-71.
Highways are accessible in 2 min to I-71 and 7 min to I-271. While the proximity to I-71 is convenient, homes along the east side of the subdivision are as close as 0.3 miles from the interstate. Thus, the community may be subjected to interstate traffic noise.
Medina’s commercial district with restaurants, grocery, drug stores, banking, and shops including Target, Walmart, Staples, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Kohl’s, Marshalls and more are an 11 min drive. It’s 12 min to the city’s historic square. Conveniences like banking, UPS, Ace Hardware, medical centers, salons, grocery, fast food, and local dining favorites like Yours Truly, NY Bagel Deli, Santosuossos’ Pizza Pasta Vino, and Tres Potrillos are also 12 min away on Medina Rd.
SouthPark Mall in Strongsville and Summit Mall in Fairlawn are 13 and 21 min away, respectively.
There are plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities nearby. Plum Creek Park, a 5 min drive, offers five miles of paved and nature trails, a playground, picnic shelters, and two fishing ponds. Reagan & Huffman Parks are a 9 min drive for ball fields & sport courts, play structures, a skate park, twelve miles bike of trails, and an RC track. Lake Medina is also 9 min away for walking trails, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing. It’s 10 min to Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Park with green space, two miles of trails, a large playground, fishing pond, and a spacious fenced dog run. Memorial Park is 12 min away, which offers a large wooden playground that looks like a castle, swings, Frisbee golf, a dog park, and an outdoor public swimming pool.
The Medina Community Recreation Center is a 10 min drive, which includes a fitness center, a four-lane track, field house with four multipurpose courts, indoor competition pool and leisure pool with play structures and sprays, a whirlpool, and locker room.
Numerous golf courses are nearby including 5 min to Pleasant Valley Country Club, 6 min to Bunker Hill, 10 min to Shale Creek, and 14 min to Coppertop and St Bernard.
