River Rock Farms homes were constructed from 2009-2024 by builders including Banyan Designer Homes, KNL Custom Homes, and Legacy Homes of Medina.
Facades include country manor and rustic cottage styles accented with stone and cedar posts/gable pediments.
They include ranch and two-story homes ranging from 4,600-9,500 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 4-5+ bathrooms.
Homes have well water and septic tanks.
Inside, these exquisite homes feature exceptional craftsmanship and high-end finishes, custom ceilings (beamed, trussed, vaulted and trayed), hardwood flooring, mud halls/mudrooms, two-story foyers with turned staircases and marble floors, formal dining rooms, piano/sitting rooms and/or executive dens with built-ins, and fireplaced two-story or vaulted great rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that are open to enormous kitchens featuring custom cabinets, granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, beverage/buffet area, center island, a breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, top-of-the-line appliances, dinette area, and even sunrooms.
