Hunters Woods is a private street of four custom-built single-family luxury homes with ponds and 4+ acre wooded homesites in York Township of northwest Medina, Ohio. This subdivision comprises the single street of Hunters Trl, located 0.4 miles east of Columbia Rd, off the north side of Wolff Rd.
These homes were custom built between 1999-2006.
Hunters Woods homes range from 4,100-6,800 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 3-4.5 bathrooms.

Homesites are sized beginning at 2.1 acres. Most homes occupy double lots totaling 4.55 to 5.82 acres.
The level landscape is primarily wooded, offering privacy and lush views of nature.
Several lots have private ponds.
Small stream flows across the western border, just north of the cul-de-sac, and across the two southern lots, but does not affect the topography.
The entrance to Hunters Trail is flanked by landscaped beds.
As with most neighborhood streets in Medina, there are no curbs and sidewalks.
The cul-de-sac is enhanced be a landscaped island.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Hunters Woods are approximately $50 monthly.
The neighborhood is served by Buckeye Local School District whose school campus is conveniently a 3 min drive.

Memorial Park is 13 min away with a large wooden playground that looks like a castle, swings, Frisbee golf, a dog park, and an outdoor public swimming pool. Lake Medina is 15 min away for walking trails, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing.
