This subdivision is located off the south side of Sleepy Hollow Rd, between Substation Rd and Pearl Rd, comprising the cul-de-sacs streets of Catherines Overlook Dr and Sunrise Oval.
The first home was built in 1989, with the remaining homes constructed from 2002-2019. Builders include Colony Home Builders, Pastel Builders, RL Berendsen Builders, and Schumacher Homes.
These two-story and ranch homes range from 3,600-6,800 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 2.5-5.5 bathrooms.

You are 11 minutes from the nearly 3-mile crushed limestone Lester Rail Trail, which connects to York Township Community Park with a playground, pond, large pavilion, sledding hill, and an outdoor ice skating area. Lake Medina is 12 min away for walking trails, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing. Memorial Park is 14 min away with a large wooden playground that looks like a castle, swings, Frisbee golf, a dog park, and an outdoor public swimming pool. The Medina Community Recreation Center is also 14 min away, which includes a fitness center, a four-lane track, field house with four multipurpose courts, indoor competition pool and leisure pool with play structures and sprays, a whirlpool, and locker room.
You are surrounded by numerous golf courses: 5 min to Bunker Hill, 6 min to Cossett Creek, 7 min to Shale Creek, and 8 min to Coppertop and Pleasant Valley.
