Sutton Place homes were constructed by builders including Legacy Homes of Medina from 2005-2017, with the final home completed in 2023.

The subdivision of Sutton Place is located in Medina Township off the north side of Hamilton Rd, along the border of Brunswick Hills, a half-mile west of Hamlin Rd.
Highways are accessible in 5 min to I-71 and 9 min to I-271.
Conveniences like banking, UPS, Ace Hardware, medical centers, salons, grocery, fast food, and local dining favorites like Yours Truly, NY Bagel Deli, Santosuossos’ Pizza Pasta Vino, and Tres Potrillos are just 10 min away on Medina Rd. Medina’s commercial district with restaurants, grocery, drug stores, banking, and shops including Target, Walmart, Staples, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Kohl’s, Marshalls and more are just a 7 min drive. It’s historic square is 12 min away.
SouthPark Mall in Strongsville and Summit Mall in Fairlawn are 15 and 24 min away, respectively.
There are plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities nearby. Plum Creek Park, a 5 min drive, offers five miles of paved and nature trails, a playground, picnic shelters, and two fishing ponds. Reagan & Huffman Parks are a 9 min drive for ball fields & sport courts, play structures, a skate park, twelve miles bike of trails, and an RC track. Lake Medina is also 9 min away for walking trails, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing. The Medina Community Recreation Center is 10 min away, which includes a fitness center, a four-lane track, field house with four multipurpose courts, indoor competition pool and leisure pool with play structures and sprays, a whirlpool, and locker room. It’s 11 min to Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Park with green space, two miles of trails, a large playground, fishing pond, and a spacious fenced dog run. Twelve minutes away, Memorial Park offers a large wooden playground that looks like a castle, swings, Frisbee golf, a dog park, and an outdoor public swimming pool.
