Shale Creek’s cluster homes are located in two unconnected subdivisions along the east end of the community…

Enclave at Shale Creek Phase 1

This cluster home community is located at the northeast corner of the golf course, 0.1 miles west of Marks Rd, off the south side of Hamilton Rd, and encompasses the cul-de-sac streets of Island Creek Dr and Tidewater Cove.

These cluster homes were built from 2006-2011 by Pride One.

Floorplans include attached and detached ranch and 2-story styles ranging from 1,404-2,675 square feet with 2-4 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.

Interior amenities include LVP flooring, first floor laundry rooms, private dens and/or sunrooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some with vaulted ceilings) that open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites include tray ceilings, walk-in closets, and dual sink bathrooms walk-in showers and/or soaking tubs. Some homes have lower levels, which may be finished with media rooms and bars.

Front-entry garages accommodate 2-cars.

Backyards have patios.

Homesites are sized at 0.08-0.09 acres and surrounded by 8.93 acres of HOA-owned greenspace.

Lifestyles Subdivision (aka Shale Creek Phase 1)

This is a collection of 50 detached cluster homes located off the west side of Marks Rd (County Hwy 22), 0.2 miles south of Wolff Rd, comprising the cul-de-sac streets of Indian Wells Dr and Crooked Creek Cir.

These cluster homes were constructed by Ryan Homes between 2006-2010.

They include freestanding ranch and 2-story floorplans ranging from 1,664-3,654 square feet with full basements, 2-4 bedrooms, and 2-3.5 bathrooms.

Inside, these cluster homes may feature LVP flooring, laundry rooms with cabinets, private dens and/or sunrooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some with vaulted ceilings) that open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites include tray ceilings, walk-in closets, and dual sink bathrooms walk-in showers and/or soaking tubs. Lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) may be finished with media rooms and bars.

Front-entry garages accommodate 2-cars.

Outdoor living is enjoyed on custom patios or decks.

Homesites are approximately 62′ wide x 169′ deep, ranging from 0.20 to 0.57 acres.

Lots along the west end of the development abut a strip of mature trees.

Bordering the north end of Crooked Creek Cir is a parcel of greenspace (yellow section on above map).

A paved walkway from the Indian Wells Dr cul-de-sac leads directly to the amenity area (clubhouse, fitness center, pool, etc).


Post for cluster homes is delivered to double mailboxes placed between every other driveway.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for cluster homes are approximately $75 annually for the Master Association, plus $246 monthly for landscaping, lawn care and snow removal.

Single-Family Homes:

There are approximately 220 single-family homes in Shale Creek, which are located off the north side of Spieth Rd (Township Hwy 65) and the east side of Abbeyville Rd. They encompass the entrance/main streets of Seven Bridges Rd and Stillwater Dr, as well as Bent Oak Cir, Crosswind Ct, Diamond Creek Dr, Heather Glen Dr, and Sterling Lake Dr.

These homes were constructed by Pride One and Ryan Homes from 2006-2015.

Single-family homes are available in ranch and 2-story floorplans with full basements ranging from 1,950-4,320 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4.5 bathrooms.

Common features include wide-plank LVP flooring, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, front entry foyers/halls, flex rooms and/or formal dining rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted) that open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, an elongated center island with breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, and dinette area or morning room. Owner’s suites (some are first floor) include walk-in closets and bathrooms with walk-in showers and a dual sink vanity. Lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) may be finished with media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.

Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.

Outdoor living is enjoyed on feature custom patios and/or composite decks.

Homesites are sized from 60′ to 80′ wide, primarily ranging from 0.20 to 0.34 acres, but there are some larger lots up to 1.22 acres.
