Enclave at Shale Creek Phase 1
This cluster home community is located at the northeast corner of the golf course, 0.1 miles west of Marks Rd, off the south side of Hamilton Rd, and encompasses the cul-de-sac streets of Island Creek Dr and Tidewater Cove.
These cluster homes were built from 2006-2011 by Pride One.
Floorplans include attached and detached ranch and 2-story styles ranging from 1,404-2,675 square feet with 2-4 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.
Interior amenities include LVP flooring, first floor laundry rooms, private dens and/or sunrooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some with vaulted ceilings) that open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites include tray ceilings, walk-in closets, and dual sink bathrooms walk-in showers and/or soaking tubs. Some homes have lower levels, which may be finished with media rooms and bars.
Front-entry garages accommodate 2-cars.

Lifestyles Subdivision (aka Shale Creek Phase 1)
This is a collection of 50 detached cluster homes located off the west side of Marks Rd (County Hwy 22), 0.2 miles south of Wolff Rd, comprising the cul-de-sac streets of Indian Wells Dr and Crooked Creek Cir.
These cluster homes were constructed by Ryan Homes between 2006-2010.
They include freestanding ranch and 2-story floorplans ranging from 1,664-3,654 square feet with full basements, 2-4 bedrooms, and 2-3.5 bathrooms.
Inside, these cluster homes may feature LVP flooring, laundry rooms with cabinets, private dens and/or sunrooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some with vaulted ceilings) that open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites include tray ceilings, walk-in closets, and dual sink bathrooms walk-in showers and/or soaking tubs. Lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) may be finished with media rooms and bars.
Front-entry garages accommodate 2-cars.

They encompass the entrance/main streets of Seven Bridges Rd and Stillwater Dr, as well as Bent Oak Cir, Crosswind Ct, Diamond Creek Dr, Heather Glen Dr, and Sterling Lake Dr.
These homes were constructed by Pride One and Ryan Homes from 2006-2015.
Single-family homes are available in ranch and 2-story floorplans with full basements ranging from 1,950-4,320 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4.5 bathrooms.
