Meadows East is a cul-de-sac community of 37 single-family homes in Strongsville, Ohio,with adjacent parkland and convenient to retail, restaurants, pharmacy, banking and grocery.

This subdivision is located south of Shurmer Rd between Howe and Pearl Roads, comprising the cul-de-sac streets of N Meadows Ln (aka N Meadows Cir), S Meadows Cir, and three homes on Hunting Meadows Dr (house numbers 16973, 16965 & 16957).

It is accessible through a subdivision off Howe Rd or through the adjoining development of Hunting Meadows, which has entrances off Shurmer Rd and Drake Rd.

Homes were mainly built between 1976-1980.

Floorplans include ranch, split-level and two-story styles ranging from 2,200-3,600 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3 bathrooms.

Elevations include both contemporary and traditional designs of full vinyl or full/partial brick.

Common features include hardwood or LVP flooring, large principal living areas, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or offices, and fireplaced great rooms (some with beamed ceilings and wet bars), and kitchens with quartz or granite countertops, pantry, and dinette area with slider to backyard. Second-level owner’s suites have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with enclosed commodes. Homes with finished basements offer media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and/or workout rooms. Front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.

Backyards are appointed with composite decks and/or stamped patios for outdoor living.

Lots measure ≥76′ wide and range from 0.24 to 0.41 acres, most with private treed backyards.

Allen Park (green parcel on illustrated map above), a 16-acre meadow used by youth lacrosse teams, borders east side of S Meadows Cir. The park is accessible via a paved walkway at the end of Hunting Meadows Dr.

Its streets are lined with curbs and sidewalks.

N Meadows Ln has a dead end. S Meadows Cir ends in a permanent cul-de-sac.

There are Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Meadows East.
