About Eastland Park Estates in Strongsville

Eastland Park is a community in northwest Strongsville Ohio with 88 homes adjacent to the Metroparks with direct access to its paved trail system.

With the exception of Foxe Dr homes (Eastland Park Subdivision No. 2), which were built from 2001-2004, most homes were built between 1993-1998. Most homes have since been updated.

Traditionally-styled facades are primarily full vinyl or have partial brick accents.

Eastland Park homes are mostly cape cod and colonial designs, but there are a few ranches. They mainly range from 1,700-3,600 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.

First floors feature hardwood or LVP flooring, laundry rooms with utility tubs, formal dining rooms, private dens or formal dining rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some vaulted or two-story) that are open to kitchens with quartz or granite countertops, center islands, breakfast bar seating (some homes), dinette area, and pantry. Owner’s suites, most are second-floor, have vaulted ceilings (select floorplans) walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sink vanities, soaking/jetted tubs and/or walk-in showers. Full finished lower levels offer media rooms, bars, and workout rooms. Garages, most are front-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars.

Outdoor living is enhanced by decks, stamped patios and/or screened porches.

Homesites range from .29 to .35 acres, but there are larger lots up to 1.21 acres. Lots are either cleared or lightly treed. Numerous homes abut a treeline or wooded neighboring parcel.

Many homes have storage sheds.

For those with sensitivities or concerns about visual encumbrance, steel pole sub-transmission lines run beside the train tracks at the eastern end of the community and H-frame extra-high-voltage (EHV) steel transmission lines run along I-80/Turnpike at the north end of the community.

The entrance street of Woodhurst Dr is off Fair Rd. It is flanked by masonry signage walls and decorative grasses.

The Metroparks’ Mill Stream Run All Purpose Trail adjoins the eastern side of Woodhurst Dr.

In addition to Woodhurst Dr, the community also encompasses Ashley Cir, Cardinal Cir, Foxe Dr, and the eastern end of Homestead Park Dr (house numbers 20139-20288).

To the west, homes on Homestead Park Dr belong to the Fairway subdivision, which has its own entrances off Fair Rd.

The development has street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.

Residences are served by Strongsville City School District.

There are no Homeowner’s Association fees at Eastland Park. See the community’s Facebook page.
