Creekside is a community of 28 homes in northwest Strongsville Ohio built between 1989-1997.
Creekside homes include ranch, cape cod and colonial styles that range from 1,900-3,700 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms.
Facades are mainly muted earth tones with cedar siding; some are accented with brick or stone.
Principal rooms include first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs, formal dining rooms/areas, formal living rooms or sunrooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some vaulted) that open to kitchens featuring a pantry and dinette area. Owner’s suites have walk-in closets and en suite bathrooms with dual sink vanities, soaking jetted tubs and/or walk-in showers. Homes are all slab foundation (no basement). Oversized garages, either front or side-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards are appointed with custom patios and/or decks and storage sheds.
Homesites are sized from .30 to .47 acres, most of which are treed.
Five homes back to an HOA-owned half-acre common area parcel with a retention basin.
Yellow parcels outside the red border (on the below map) are common land of neighboring communities.
The main/entrance street of Creekside Dr is off Prospect Rd between Fair Rd and Albion Rd.
In addition to Creekside Dr, the subdivision also encompasses four homes on Pine Needle Trl (house numbers 10160-10288).
Heading south, Pine Needle Trl becomes the community of Meadowood.
The community has curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Residences are served by Strongsville City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Creekside are approximately $100 annually.
Bordering the development to the north is the community of Breckenridge.

Creekside is in northwest Strongsville off the west side of Prospect Rd, 0.3 miles north of Albion Rd.
Highways are accessible in 9 min to I-80/Turnpike and 10 min to I-71.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is just an 11-min drive.
