Avery Walden Reserve homes include ranch and colonial styles ranging from 2,400-6,600+ square feet of living space with 3-6 bedrooms and 3-5 bathrooms.

Exteriors are elegantly styled as French Country, contemporary cottage, or European-inspired, Facades are stonework-dominant, creating visual continuity throughout the development. In addition to Calderdale Ln, the subdivision also encompasses the streets of Bentley Ln and Castlereagh Ln. Each street has curbs and sidewalks on both sides and ends with a landscaped cul-de-sac surrounded by garden stones.

With only one entrance and no connection to another community, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.

Residences are served by Strongsville City Schools.

The Cleveland Metroparks’ Mill Stream Run Reservation is directly south/southwest, where visitors can engage in hiking, horseback riding, archery, ziplining, axe throwing, and tobogganing at The Chalet on the tallest, fastest toboggan ice chutes in Ohio.

Golfers are 11-15 min from Briarwood, Hickory Nut, Pine Hills, Royal Crest, Seneca, and Valleaire.
