Deerfield Village is a community of 41 homes in southeast Strongsville Ohio. Homes were built between 1989-1995, many of which have since been updated.
Homes include two-story floorplans that mainly range from 2,500-4,400 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.
Common features in Deerfield Village homes include first-floor laundry rooms, two-story foyers with turned or curved staircases, fireplaced family rooms (some with beamed or vaulted ceilings), formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens, and kitchens with dinette areas. Owner’s suites have trayed ceilings, walk-in closets and vaulted en-suite bathrooms with skylights, dual sinks, soaking/jetted tubs, walk-in shower, and an enclosed commode. Full finished lower levels are complete with media rooms, billiard areas, bars, and workout rooms. Front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars. Backyards are appointed with custom patios and/or decks.
Homesites mostly range from .29 to .45 acres, some with treed backyards.

There is one direct entrance from Howe Rd via Acacia Dr.
In addition to the homes on Acacia Dr, the community also encompasses Pepperwood Ct.
This subdivision has street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Deerfield Village is also accessible through the adjoining community of Deerfield Lake from Boston Rd or Drake Rd, which borders the subdivision to the north and west. Bordering the community to the south is Falmouth East.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Deerfield Village are approximately $79 annually.

Deerfield Village is located in southeast Strongsville near the border of Brunswick, off the west side of Howe Rd, between Boston and Drake roads.
Highways are accessible in 9 min to I-71 and 11 min to I-80/Turnpike.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is roughly 8 min away.
The Ehrnfelt Recreation and Senior Center is a 10 min drive, offering residents a pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, massage therapy, ball courts, indoor elevated track, weight and exercise room, and game area with pool tables, ping pong, video games, air hockey and more.
As for parks, Strongsville has nine city parks with ball courts/fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, pavilions, and trails.
