The Ledges of Avery Walden in Strongsville, Ohio is an all ranch, high-end detached cluster community offering limited-maintenance living next to the Metroparks. There are 45 total lots: 20 of which were built by Legacy-Carrington Builders and 25 built by Pulte Homes. These homes were built from 2015-2021, with the final lots available for new builds today.

These ranch homes offer roughly 2,200 to 4,700+ square feet of living space, with 2–4 bedrooms and 2–3.5 bathrooms.

Amenities include hardwood floors, granite kitchens with breakfast bar seating and a walk-in pantry, sunrooms, great rooms with fireplaces, formal dining room and/or private den, owner’s suites with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks and tiled walk-in showers, and finished lower levels (some with coveted walk-outs). Attached parking accommodates 2-3 cars.

Homes are situated on .17 to .28 acres. Most backyards back to a heavily wooded easement, providing privacy and a park-like setting. Outdoor living is extended with custom patios and/or decks.

The Prescott Ln cul-de-sac is just .2 miles east of the Metroparks’ Strongsville Wildlife Area (part of Mill Stream Run Reservation) for endless forest views.

The Ledges of Avery Walden is connected to the subdivision of Forest Park via Park Moss Ave, which is off Prescott Ln.

This development is bordered to the south and southwest by its sister subdivision, Avery Walden Reserve, but is not directly connected and is separated by a wooded nature preserve area.
