The Ledges of Avery Walden is a high-end community of detached ranch cluster homes offering limited-maintenance living located near the Metroparks in Strongsville Ohio, off the west side of Webster Rd, between Albion and Royalton roads.
Of the 45 total lots, 20 were built by Legacy-Carrington Builders and 25 by Pulte Homes. Homes were built from 2015-2022.
These ranch homes offer roughly 2,200-4,700+ square feet of living space, with 2–4 bedrooms and 2–3.5 bathrooms.
Features include covered front entryways, LVP flooring, volume ceilings, garage-entry drop zones or cubbies, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining rooms and/or private dens, open-concept fireplaced great rooms and kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, oversized center island with breakfast bar, walk-in pantry and dining area. Owner’s suites offer walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities and tiled walk-in showers. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) offer additional living space, workout rooms, and even bedrooms. Attached garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Outdoor living is extended with custom patios, screened porches, and/or decks.
Homes are situated on 0.17 to 0.28-acre parcels.
The south and southeast side of Prescott Ln abuts a heavily wooded conservation easement (yellow area within the red boundary on map above), providing privacy and lush nature views.

The detached ranch cluster community, The Ledges of Avery Walden, is in northeast Strongsville off Webster Rd, just south of I-80/Turnpike between Albion Rd and Royalton Rd.
Highways are conveniently accessible in 5 min to I-71 and 9 min to I-80/Turnpike. The front of the subdivision is roughly 820′ from I-80, which may be subjected to interstate noise pollution.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is just a 9 min drive.
The Ehrnfelt Recreation and Senior Center is less than 5 miles away, offering residents a pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, massage therapy, ball courts, indoor elevated track, weight and exercise room, and game area with pool tables, ping pong, video games, air hockey and more.
As for parks, Strongsville has nine city parks with ball courts/fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, pavilions, and trails.
Exercise enthusiasts will appreciate the 7 min bike ride or 20 min walk (through the adjoining subdivision of Forest Park) to the Metroparks’ multi-purpose trail along Valley Parkway. Heading east, the trail connects to Brecksville Reservation and the 81-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail. To the west, it leads through Mill Stream Run Reservation all the way to Rocky River Reservation.
Cleveland Metroparks’ Mill Stream Run Reservation is a 4 min drive (southwest of the community) where visitors can engage in hiking, horseback riding, archery, ziplining, axe throwing, and tobogganing at The Chalet on the tallest, fastest toboggan ice chutes in Ohio.
Golfers are 11-15 min from various courses: Briarwood, Hickory Nut, Hinckley Hills, Ironwood, Pine Hills, Royal Crest, Seneca, and Valleaire.
