Pine Lakes Village is a section of single-family homes within the residential super community of Pine Lakes, which offers its residents exclusive family-friendly recreational amenities (listed in ‘Amenities’ section below).
This subdivision is located in northeast Strongsville, Ohio, straddling Albion Rd between Webster Rd and West 130th St.

Pine Lakes Village Real Estate:
Pine Lakes Village homes were built from 1988-2004.
They include ranch and two-story styles ranging from 2,500-5,200 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.
Homes feature hardwood or LVP flooring, first floor laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens, and fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted) that are open to kitchens with quartz or granite countertops, center islands, dinette area, and pantry. Owner’s suites have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, tiled walk-in showers, and soaking/jetted tubs. Full finished lower levels offer media rooms, bars, workshops, and workout rooms.
Front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Outdoor living is enhanced by patios and/or decks.
Backyards may be cleared or treed.
Backyard fences, sheds, playsets, and swimming pools (both in-ground and above-ground) are permitted.
Lots in Pine Lakes Village measure approximately 75-85′ wide and range from 0.20 to 0.43 acres.
Many lots abut HOA-owned greenspace (yellow areas on above-illustrated map), offering wooded privacy or meadow/park views.
The community is bisected into north and south sections by Albion Rd.
The section north of Albion Rd has two direct entrances: Timber Lake Dr from Webster Rd and Forestview Dr from Albion Rd. The north section encompasses homes on Basswood Cir, Blackberry Cir, Fernwood Cir, Juniper Ct, Lake Meadows Dr (house number 10136 and higher), Sycamore Cir, and Willow Cir. These homes are also accessible through Pine Lakes (to the north) from Webster Rd and from the Pine Lake Crossing (to the east) from Albion Rd.
The section south of Albion Rd also has two direct entrances: Forestview Dr from Albion Rd and Burlwood Dr from W 130th St. In addition to the homes on the entrance streets, the south section also includes homes on Bridgecreek Cir, Crabapple Ct, Glenbrook Dr (up to house number 13665), Jasmine Ct, Peppercreek Dr, and Woodrun Dr. This section of homes is connected to The Reserve at Pine Lakes Village detached cluster homes.
Entrances are ornamented by a landscape bed with brick signage walls.

The community and its adjoining subdivisions have street trees, curbs, and sidewalks.
⚡For those with sensitivities or concerns about visual encumbrance, H-frame steel pole transmission lines run beyond the south end of the community (just north of I-80), which are visible from some homes along the southern end of the community.
Residences are served by the Strongsville City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $250 annually, paid to the master Pine Lakes association.

Pine Lakes neighborhood amenities, pictured below, include a clubhouse with a kitchenette that residents can reserve for parties (at 10949 Woodrun Dr), two lighted pavilions with picnic tables and outdoor grills, tennis and pickleball courts, a half basketball court, three playgrounds, a large fountained pond, and asphalt walking paths (dashed red lines on above map).
Entrances to the northern walking path are next to 14504 Pine Lakes Dr and between 14090 & 14116 Pine Lakes Dr. The southern path is accessible near the pond on the east side of Lake Meadows Dr, between 14449 & 14481 Willow Cir, and also between 10350 & 10388 Forestview Dr.

Pine Lakes Village is located in northeast Strongsville, between Webster Rd and West 130th Street, along the north and south sides of Albion Rd.
Highways are accessible in 7 min to I-71 and 11 min to I-80/Turnpike. I-80/Turnpike runs along the southern end of the community, which can subject it to interstate noise.
Strongsville’s bustling retail sector and SouthPark Mall are a 10 min drive.
The Strongville Recreation and Senior Center is 11 min away, offering residents a pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, massage therapy, ball courts, indoor elevated track, weight and exercise room, and game area with pool tables, ping pong, video games, air hockey and more.
As for parks, Strongsville has nine city parks with ball courts/fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, pavilions, and trails.
There’s also the Metroparks’ Mill Stream Run Reservation 5 min away, part of Cleveland Metroparks, where visitors can engage in hiking, horseback riding, archery, ziplining, axe throwing, and tobogganing at The Chalet on the tallest, fastest toboggan ice chutes in Ohio.
Exercise enthusiasts will appreciate being just a 12 min bike (1.8 miles) from the Metroparks’ Valley Parkway Connector Trail. Heading east, the trail connects to Brecksville Reservation and the 81-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail. To the west, it leads through Mill Stream Run Reservation all the way to Rocky River Reservation.
If you’re a golfer, it’s just 11 min to Pine Hills, 12 min to Valleaire, 13 min to Briarwood, and 16 min to Royal Crest.
