Owner’s suites have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sink vanities. Homes are either slab foundation or have full basements. Lower levels offer media rooms, bars, workshops, and workout rooms. Garages, most are front-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars. Outdoor living is enjoyed on covered patios or screened-in decks.
Homesites range from .14 to .19 acres.
Many homes abut HOA-owned greenspace, offering treed or meadow views.
The development is accessible through Pine Lake Crossing from Albion Rd via Forestview Dr and from W 130th St via Burlwood Dr.
For those with sensitivities or concerns about visual encumbrance, H-frame steel pole transmission lines run just north of I-80, which are visible from homes along the southern end of the community.
Residences are served by the Strongsville City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $1,425 annually ($100/month for lawn maintenance & snow removal and $225/year for Pine Lakes master association).
