Second-level owner’s suites (some with vaulted ceilings and/or sitting areas) have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks, soaking/jetted tubs, walk-in showers, and enclosed commodes. Full finished lower levels offer media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and workout rooms. Garages, most are front-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars. Backyards are appointed with composite decks and/or stamped patios.

Homesites range from 0.29 to 0.51 acres, some abutting neighboring wooded parcels.

There is one direct entrance via Park Lane Dr, which is off Drake Rd west of Howe Rd.

This development encompasses a number of homes on Park Lane Dr (house numbers 17171 and higher), the cul-de-sac street of Selby Cir, and five homes on Drake Rd (even house numbers 16612-16792).

There are street trees, streetlights, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of each street.

Apple Creek is also accessible through the adjoining community to the north, which has entrances off Howe Rd.

To the northwest is Hunting Meadows.

There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Apple Creek.
