Apple Creek is a community of 43 homes in Strongsville Ohio, off the north side of Drake Rd, 0.3 miles west of Howe Rd.

Homes were built between 2001-2002 by Ryan Homes. Many homes have since been updated.

Facades include traditional styling with horizontal vinyl or full brick and decorative window shutters.

Homes include two-story floorplans ranging from 2,500-4,200 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.

Common features include hardwood or LVP flooring, two-story foyers with turned staircases, first-floor laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens, and fireplaced great rooms (some are two-story) that open to kitchens with quartz or granite countertops, breakfast bar, pantry, and dinette area or morning room with slider to backyard. Second-level owner’s suites (some with vaulted ceilings and/or sitting areas) have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks, soaking/jetted tubs, walk-in showers, and enclosed commodes. Full finished lower levels offer media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and workout rooms. Garages, most are front-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars. Backyards are appointed with composite decks and/or stamped patios.

Homesites range from 0.29 to 0.51 acres, some abutting neighboring wooded parcels.

There is one direct entrance via Park Lane Dr, which is off Drake Rd west of Howe Rd.

This development encompasses a number of homes on Park Lane Dr (house numbers 17171 and higher), the cul-de-sac street of Selby Cir, and five homes on Drake Rd (even house numbers 16612-16792).

There are street trees, streetlights, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of each street.

Apple Creek is also accessible through the adjoining community to the north, which has entrances off Howe Rd.

To the northwest is Hunting Meadows.

There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Apple Creek.

Apple Creek is located in southeast Strongsville, near the border of North Royalton, off the north side of Drake Rd, 0.3 miles west of Howe Rd.

Highways are conveniently accessible in 6 min to I-71 and 10 min to I-80/Turnpike.

SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is 5 min away.

The Ehrnfelt Recreation and Senior Center is an 8 min drive, offering residents a pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, massage therapy, ball courts, indoor elevated track, weight and exercise room, and game area with pool tables, ping pong, video games, air hockey and more.

As for parks, Strongsville has nine city parks with ball courts/fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, pavilions, and trails.

There’s also Mill Stream Run Reservation 8 min away, part of Cleveland Metroparks, where visitors can engage in hiking, horseback riding, archery, ziplining, axe throwing, and tobogganing at The Chalet on the tallest, fastest toboggan ice chutes in Ohio.

Golfers are 10-13 minutes from various courses including Columbia Hills, Coppertop, Hickory Nut, Pine Hills, Royal Crest, and Valleaire.
