Hampton Chase in Strongsville Ohio is a single-street community of 54 homes off the north side of Drake Rd, between Pearl Rd and Howe Rd.

Homes were built between 1993-1998 by Gemini Homes, Greenbriar Homes, Parkview Homes, and Tanglewood Homes. Many homes have since been updated.

Homes include two-story floorplans that mainly range from 2,200-4,500 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.

Common features include hardwood or LVP flooring, two-story foyers with turned staircases, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted or two-story) that open to kitchens with quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar, pantry, and dinette area with slider to backyard. Second-level owner’s suites (some with vaulted ceilings) have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks, soaking/jetted tubs, walk-in showers, and enclosed commodes. Full finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) offer media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and workout rooms. Garages, most are front-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars. Backyards are appointed with composite decks and/or stamped patios.

Homesites range from 0.29 to 0.49 acres, some with treed backyards.

This development encompasses the single street of Hampton Chase.

The entrance is off the north side of Drake Rd, between Pearl Rd and Howe Rd. It is flanked by lush landscape beds with signage and white picket fencing. Patina green acorn-shaped street lights and a landscaped earth berm with mature trees continue roughly 600′ along both sides of the street until the first homes.

With only one entrance and no connection to another community, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.

There are street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street throughout the development.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Hampton Chase are approximately $250 annually.

Surrounding the development on its north, east and west sides is Hunting Meadows.

Hampton Chase is located in southeast Strongsville, near the border of North Royalton, off the north side of Drake Rd, between Pearl and Howe roads.

Highways are conveniently accessible in 6 min to I-71 and 10 min to I-80/Turnpike.

SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is 6 min away.

The Ehrnfelt Recreation and Senior Center is an 8 min drive, offering residents a pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, massage therapy, ball courts, indoor elevated track, weight and exercise room, and game area with pool tables, ping pong, video games, air hockey and more.

As for parks, Strongsville has nine city parks with ball courts/fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, pavilions, and trails.

There’s also Mill Stream Run Reservation 9 min away, part of Cleveland Metroparks, where visitors can engage in hiking, horseback riding, archery, ziplining, axe throwing, and tobogganing at The Chalet on the tallest, fastest toboggan ice chutes in Ohio.

Golfers are 10-13 minutes from a variety of courses including Columbia Hills, Coppertop, Hickory Nut, Pine Hills, Royal Crest, and Valleaire.
