Cleared homesites are sized from .29 to .46 acres. Each abuts a neighboring parcel with a treeline or wooded lot.
Yellow parcels outside the red border (on above map) are common land of neighboring communities.
The subdivision is located west of Prospect Rd and north of Albion Rd. It is accessible through the adjoining communities of Creekside (to the north) from Prospect Rd or Meadowood (to the west) from Alboin Rd.
Homes occupy the eastern/cul-de-sac end of Hickory Branch Trail (house numbers 20960-21283).
The entrance is flanked on the left side by a 1.04-acre open meadow common area parcel with community signage and the community mailbox unit.
Hickory Branch Trail has curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
