Orchard Hill in Strongsville Ohio is a community of 33 homes around the corner from the retail district with walkability to the High School. It is located 0.4 miles east of Prospect Rd on the north side of Lunn Rd.

Orchard Hill homes are mostly two-story designs that mainly range from 3,000-4,700 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms.
Facades are traditionally styled of full/partial brick and Tudor.
Inside, homes are appointed with hardwood or LVP flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, two-story foyers with open staircases, private dens, formal living rooms, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings and trim work, and fireplaced great rooms (some vaulted or two-story) that open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops (some have breakfast bar seating), pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites have vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks, soaking/jetted tubs and/or walk-in showers. Finished lower levels have bars, media rooms, and exercise rooms. Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 3 cars.
Backyards include custom patios and/or decks and even gazebos.
Homesites measure ≤75′ wide and range from 0.29 to 0.59 acres. There is also one home on 1.4 acres.
Some lots offer treed or wooded backyards.
Baker Creek meanders through the backyard of homes along the north side of the community (solid blue line on map below), enhancing the natural setting and offering ravined topography. View FEMA Flood Map.
Orchard Hill is accessible from Lunn Rd via Apple Ln.
The development encompasses 9 homes on Sterling Way (house numbers 20355-20494), all of Cortland Way, and 14 homes on Scott Dr (house numbers 20230-20406 & 20475). Each street has curbs, street trees, and sidewalks on both sides.
Scott Dr and Sterling Way have dead ends, which could be extended with future development opportunities.
Orchard Hill adjoins the community of Sterling Point to the west, which has entrances off Lunn Rd and Prospect Rd.
Residences are served by Strongsville City School District. The Early Learning Preschool is conveniently a half-mile east on Lunn Rd.
NOTE: The entire neighborhood comprises non-bussing streets to Strongsville High School, which is a ≤15 min walk or ≤4 min bike through the development.
There are Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Orchard Hill.
To the north of Scott Dr is the subdivision of Abigail Estates; to the northeast of Scott Dr terminus is Crystal Creek.

Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-80/Turnpike and 11 min to I-71.
Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is just a 3-min drive and SouthPark Mall is 9 min away.
