Cartwright Heritage Estates in Strongsville Ohio is a community of 76 homes with a walking path to the Elementary School. Homes were mainly built by Tanglewood Homes from 1997-2003, with the final homes constructed in 2012 and 2017. Some of the older homes have since been updated.

Homes include colonial and ranch styles that mainly range from 2,100-3,500 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.

First floors feature hardwood or LVP flooring, laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms, and great rooms (some vaulted) with fireplaces that are open to kitchens with quartz or granite countertops, center islands, dinette area, and pantry. Owner’s suites have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, tiled walk-in showers, and soaking/jetted tubs. Full finished lower levels offer media rooms, bars, workshops, and workout rooms. Garages, most are front-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars.

Most homesites range from .29 to 35, but there are some larger lots up to .68 acres and one home on 1.01 acres. Some have treed or wooded backyards or abut a treeline.

Outdoor living is enhanced with custom patios and/or composite decks.

A cleared 2.35-acre common area parcel (yellow area on above map) extends open space views of abutting homes.

A paved walkway (dashed red line on map above) between 13647 & 13671 Cartwright Pkwy extends roughly 400′ to Whitney Elementary so students can avoid main roads when walking/biking to school!

The entrance street of Karen Dr is off the north side of Whitney Rd between Webster Rd and W 130th St. In the center of the street is a divided median with masonry signage.

This subdivision also encompasses the streets of Cartwright Pkwy, Evelyn Ct, Gary Dr, and Kortz Cir, all of which have street trees, cul-de-sacs, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.

It is connected to Oakland Park Estates to the north and to Oak Leaf Estates to the west, which has its own entrance off Whitney Rd.

Residences are served by Strongsville City School District.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $100 annually.

Highways are conveniently accessible in 5 min to I-71 and 8 min to I-80/Turnpike.

SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is only 11 min away.
