Westwood Farms is a family-friendly, master-planned recreational community of single-family and free-standing cluster homes located in Strongsville Ohio, at the northwest corner of Prospect Rd and Westwood Dr.
Homes were built exclusively by Parkview Custom Homes between 1995-2019.

Neighborhood Amenities:
Located at 21832 Country Way are Westwood Farms recreation amenities, exclusive to residents and their guests. Homeowners enjoy a rentable clubhouse that can accommodate up to 70 people with a full kitchen and gas fireplace, a huge outdoor swimming pool, playground, twin lighted tennis courts, a half basketball court (east end of parking lot), picnic area, and a stocked pond. The community also offers swim lessons and has a youth swim team.
The community hosts several events including ice cream socials, block parties, Easter egg hunts, visits with Santa, and a 4th of July pool party and bike parade. Westwood Farms Facebook page.
Many homes abut HOA-owned common area (yellow parcels within the red border on below map), extending meadow or wooded views. Yellow areas outside the border are those of neighboring HOAs.
Two large fountained ponds (west of the pool and north of Countryside Dr) offer serene views to surrounding homes.

Westwood Farms Single-Family Homes:
Westwood Farms 426 single-family colonial homes offer 3,100-6,100+ square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5+ bathrooms.
Homes are appointed with desirable amenities including dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, first-floor in-law suites, private dens, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms, and fireplaced two-story or vaulted great rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that open to kitchens featuring center islands, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette and/or sunroom. First or second-floor owner’s suites have walk-in closets and glamour baths with separate walk-in showers and soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Second-floors offer lofts/bonus rooms. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) have bars, kitchens/kitchenettes, media/theater rooms, and exercise rooms. Homes offer 2-3 car attached garages, some of which are side-entry.
Backyards include custom patios and/or decks, pergolas, and even fire pits.
Single-family homesites, most treed, range from .33 to .58 acres. Premium lots are available with wooded backyards and/or cul-de-sac locations.
The single-family homes of Westwood Farms encompass the streets of Brookfield Pl, Calumet Cir, most of Coopers Run, Country Way, Countryside Dr, Derby Ct, Fairfield Pl, Fieldstone Pt, the north side of Greenfield Pl, the southern part of Fox Grove, Horseshoe Ln, N and S Churchill Way, Paddock Cir, Saddle Horn Cir, Saddlebrook Ln, Scenic Pointe, the southern part of Shagbark Trl, Spruce Pt, Steeplechase Ln, and most of Woodfield Trl, and six homes on Yarrow Trl.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for single-family homes are approximately $550 annually.
Westwood Farms Cluster Homes:
The 170 detached limited-maintenance cluster homes include ranch or cape cod styles that range from 1,500-4,100 square feet, with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.
Homes are appointed with dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood and ceramic flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining rooms or private dens, and fireplaced two-story or vaulted great rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to kitchens featuring breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. First-floor owner’s suites have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and enclosed lavatories. Clusters are available with full basements (some are coveted walk-outs!) or slab foundations. These homes have 2-car front-entry garages.
Backyards feature custom patios or decks.
Homesites range from .12 to .39 acres with treed backyards.
There are several sub-HOAs governing the cluster subdivisions: Bristol Pointe (streets of Bristol Ln and the south side of Greenfield Pl), Bristol Pointe North (Woodview Cir), Greystone Pointe (streets of Greystone Pointe and the north section of Coopers Run), Weston Pointe, and Woodberry (streets of Harvest Oval, Mulberry Cir, Woodberry Ln & the southeast end of Woodfield Trl).
In addition to the annual $550 master Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fee, cluster home residents pay an additional $110 monthly maintenance fee for landscaping and snow removal.
There are three direct entrances to the development: the main entrance off Prospect Rd via Greenfield Pl, and two off Westwood Dr via Country Way and S Churchill Way. The main entrance is adorned with extensive plantings, masonry signage with stacked stone pillars and white two-rail fencing, and a landscaped divided median.
All streets have curbs and sidewalks.
Residences are served by Strongsville City School District.
Westwood Farms is also accessible from Albion Rd through the adjoining communities of Still Meadow via Fox Grove Pl, and through Meadowood via Shagbark Trl.
Bordering the development to the west are Love Farm and Columbia Reserve (Columbia Station).

Westwood Farms is located in northwest Strongsville, near the border of Columbia Station. The subdivision is south of Albion Rd off Prospect Rd and Westwood Dr.
The land where Westwood Farms is currently located was once Strongsville Airpark (a small airport), which operated from the 1950s through 1987.
Highways are accessible in 12 min to both I-80/Turnpike and I-71.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is also just a 12-min drive.
The Ehrnfelt Recreation and Senior Center is 8 min away, offering residents a pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, massage therapy, ball courts, indoor elevated track, weight and exercise room, and game area with pool tables, ping pong, video games, air hockey and more.
As for parks, Strongsville has nine city parks with ball courts/fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, pavilions, and trails.
There’s also Mill Stream Run Reservation 8 min away, part of Cleveland Metroparks, where visitors can engage in hiking, horseback riding, archery, ziplining, axe throwing, and tobogganing at The Chalet on the tallest, fastest toboggan ice chutes in Ohio.
Golfers are 7-9 min to Royal Crest, Hickory Nut, and Columbia Hills.
