Westwood Farms is also accessible from Albion Rd through the adjoining communities of Still Meadow (encompasses the northern portion of Fox Grove, Northwood Trl, Yarrow Pl, and Yarrow Trl) via Fox Grove, and through Meadowood (encompasses the northern part of Shagbark Trl, Briar Bush Ln, Meadows Edge Ln, and Timber Oak Ct) via Shagbark Trl.
Westwood Farms also encompasses homes along the streets of Bristol Ln, Brookfield Pl, Calumet Cir, Coopers Run, Countryside Dr, Derby Ct, Fairfield Pl, Fieldstone Pt, the southern part of Fox Grove, Greystone Pt, Harvest Oval, Horseshoe Ln, Mulberry Cir, Paddock Cir, Saddle Horn Cir, Saddlebrook Ln, Scenic Pt, the southern part of Shagbark Trl, Spruce Pt, Steeplechase Ln, Weston Pt, Woodberry Ln, Woodfield Trl, and Woodview Cir.

The land where Westwood Farms is currently located was once Strongsville Airpark (a small airport), which operated from the 1950s through 1987.
