Still Meadow in Strongsville Ohio is a community of 69 single-family and free-standing cluster homes in Strongsville Ohio, located off the south side of Albion Rd, between N Marks Rd and Prospect Rd.
Homes were built by Summer Hill Homes from 2000-2004.
Many homes abut HOA-owned common area (yellow parcels within the red border on below map), extending meadow or wooded views. Yellow areas outside the border are those of neighboring HOAs.
Concrete flowlines control several creeks that intersect the development. A larger tributary stream of the Rocky River West Branch runs just beyond the east end of the subdivision. View FEMA Flood Map.
Still Meadow Single-Family Homes:
Still Meadow includes 45 single-family colonial homes with 3,100-4,900 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3-5 bathrooms.
Facades are either full or partial brick or stone.
Homes are appointed with desirable amenities including dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, private dens with glass-paned french doors, formal living rooms, formal dining rooms (some with tray ceilings), and fireplaced two-story or vaulted great rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that open to kitchens featuring center islands, breakfast bar seating, buffet counter or desk, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and even sunrooms. First or second-floor owner’s suites have walk-in closets and glamour baths with separate walk-in showers and soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Second-floors may offer lofts/bonus rooms. Finished lower levels (a few are coveted walk-outs!) have bars, kitchens/kitchenettes, media/theater rooms, and exercise rooms. Homes offer 2-3 car attached garages, some of which are side-entry.
Backyards include screened porches, custom patios and/or decks.
Homesites, most of which are lightly treed, mainly range from 0.32 to 0.37 acres.
The single-family homes of Still Meadow encompass the streets of Fox Grove (up to house number 11627), Northwood Trl (up to house number 22457), and Yarrow Trl (up to house number 22549).
Each has street trees, lantern-style streetlights, curbs, and sidewalks.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for single-family homes are approximately $350 annually.
Still Meadow Cluster Homes:
The 24 detached limited-maintenance cluster homes include cape cod and colonial styles that range from 1,500-2,900 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.
Facades are decorated with full or partial beige antiqued brick.
Homes are appointed with covered front entryways, soaring vaulted ceilings, open staircases, hardwood and ceramic flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs, a bonus room (formal dining room, sunroom or private den with glass-paned french doors), a fireplaced great room with soaring vaulted ceilings, and kitchens featuring a center island with breakfast bar seating and dinette area. First-floor owner’s suites have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with a dual sink vanity, walk-in showers, and soaking/jetted tub. Second levels have lofts and walk-up attic access. Clusters have slab foundations (no basement). Front-entry garages accommodate 2.5 cars.
Backyards feature stamped patios and even screened or covered porches.
Homesites range from 0.13 to 0.29 acres.
Cluster homes occupy the cul-de-sac streets of Northwood Trl (house numbers 22495 and higher) and Yarrow Pl.
Its streets have lantern-style streetlights and curbs. Northwood Trl has sidewalks.
Unlike most cluster home communities where post is delivered to a community mailbox unit, Still Meadow cluster homes have mailboxes at the end of the driveway.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for cluster home residents are approximately $1,450 annually, which includes snow removal and landscaping.
There is one direct entrance to the development via Fox Grove from Albion Rd.
Residences are served by Strongsville City School District.
Still Meadow is connected to Westwood Farms (borders the community to the west and south), which has its own entrances off Westood and Prospect roads.
Bordering the development to the east is Meadowood.

Still Meadow is located in northwest Strongsville near the border of Columbia Station, off the south side of Albion Rd, 0.6 miles west of Prospect Rd.
Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-80/Turnpike and I-71.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is just an 11-min drive.
The Ehrnfelt Recreation and Senior Center is 8 min away, offering residents a pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, massage therapy, ball courts, indoor elevated track, weight and exercise room, and game area with pool tables, ping pong, video games, air hockey and more.
As for parks, Strongsville has nine city parks with ball courts/fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, pavilions, and trails.
There’s also Mill Stream Run Reservation 7 min away, part of Cleveland Metroparks, where visitors can engage in hiking, horseback riding, archery, ziplining, axe throwing, and tobogganing at The Chalet on the tallest, fastest toboggan ice chutes in Ohio.
Golfers are 8-10 min to Royal Crest, Hickory Nut, and Columbia Hills.
