About Fieldstone Preserve in Strongsville
Fieldstone Preserve in Strongsville Ohio is a community of 83 single-family and limited-maintenance detached cluster homes surrounded by greenspace and bikable to the neighborhood elementary school.

Homes were constructed between 2015-2017 by Pulte Homes, which offered six home plans including two-story and ranch designs ranging from 3,000-5,200 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.
Facades are styled as modern farmhouse with either full brick/stone or a combination of mixed-texture siding profiles (board and batten, horizontal, and/or shake) accented by brick/stone, white rake board/fascia trim, and gable accents that maximize visual interest. Each has a covered front entryway, many with extended front porches.
Inside, Fieldstone Preserve homes have designated foyers (some with crown molding and wainscoting), LVP flooring, garage-entry mud halls with bench cubbies and/or drop stations, private dens with glass-paned french doors or flex rooms (formal dining, playroom or living room), pocket office/planning zone, and open-concept living area with fireplaced great rooms and kitchens featuring recessed lighting, granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center islands with pendant lights and breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dining area. First or second floor laundry rooms with utility tubs. Second-floor owner’s suites (some with tray ceilings) offer walk-in closets and glamour baths with tiled walk-in showers and dual sink vanity. Second floors also include lofts and bedrooms with walk-in closets. Finished lower levels (many have garden windows!) include media rooms, bars, and workout rooms. Attached garages accommodate 2-3 cars and are oversized for storage, motorcycle parking, and/or work areas.
Backyards include composite decks and/or custom-stamped patios with fire pits.
Cleared homesites are sized from .31 to .43 acres. There are also two lots measuring .66 acres.
The western side of Ledgestone Dr overlooks an 8.93-acre parcel of HOA-owned common space (yellow areas within the blue boundary on map above) offering wooded, meadow or pond views. Within this greenspace are several retention ponds and detention basins to collect rainwater.
Homes along the southern side of S Greystone Dr back to 8.56-acres of wooded common space owned by the neighboring subdivision.
An earth berm with staggered evergreens offers natural buffering for homes abutting commercial parcels along the eastern side of the development (like the nursing home-rehab center at 18936 Pearl Rd).
The entrance street of Rockglen Dr is off the west side of Pearl Road, just north of Boston Road.
In addition to Rockglen Dr, single-family homes also encompass the streets of N Greystone Dr, S Greystone Dr, and most of Ledgestone Dr (house numbers 18732 and higher). Each has street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Post is delivered to cluster box units.
Fieldstone Preserve is also accessible through the adjoining subdivision to the north The Woods of Strongsville (aka Drake Estates) from Pearl Rd via Ellsworth Dr or through the two established communities from Drake Rd.
Bordering the community to the west is Waterford Crossing.
A City of Cleveland water treatment facility located at 18640 Pearl Rd is just northeast of the community.
Residences are served by Strongsville City School District. While all streets in the development are bussed to Kinsner Elementary School, it is also bikable in ≤6 min through the neighboring community.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Fieldstone Preserve are approximately $500 annually.

Fieldstone Preserve is located in southwest Strongsville near the border of Brunswick, 0.4 miles north of Boston Rd, off the west side of Pearl Rd.
Highways are accessible in 12 min to I-71 and 14 min to I-80/Turnpike.
Strongsville’s bustling retail sector and SouthPark Mall are a ≤10 min drive.
The Ehrnfelt Recreation and Senior Center is a 9 min drive, offering residents a pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, massage therapy, ball courts, indoor elevated track, weight and exercise room, and game area with pool tables, ping pong, video games, air hockey and more.
As for parks, Strongsville has nine city parks with ball courts/fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, pavilions, and trails.
Cleveland Metroparks’ Mill Stream Run Reservation is 12 min away where visitors can engage in hiking, horseback riding, archery, ziplining, axe throwing, and tobogganing at The Chalet on the tallest, fastest toboggan ice chutes in Ohio.
Golfers are conveniently 9-14 min from Royal Crest, Hickory Nut, Pine Hills, Coppertop, Bunker Hill, Columbia Hills, Shale Creek, and Valleaire.
