About Abigail Estates in Strongsville

Abigail Estates is a two-street community of 48 single-family homes in Strongsville, Ohio just minutes from the retail district and walkable to Strongsville City Schools’ Preschool, Elementary and High School.

Abigail Estates is located south of Royalton Rd, between Prospect and Pearl Roads.

This subdivision encompasses the streets of Abigail Ln and Shireen Dr. Abigail Ln terminates in a dead-end; Shireen Dr has a cul-de-sac. Both have street trees, curbs and sidewalks.

It is accessible through the adjoining community of Crystal Creek, which has entrances off Royalton Rd and Lunn Rd.

These homes were constructed between 1990-1996 by builders including Colabianchi, Golden Falcon Construction, and Shoreway Construction.

Abigail Estates homes include 1.5-story and 2-story designs ranging from 2,200-3,900 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.

Being that homes were constructed by a variety of builders, features will vary. Generally, homes are appointed with hardwood or LVP flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, dramatic two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal living rooms and/or private dens with french doors, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, and fireplaced great rooms (some vaulted) that open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, breakfast bars, a pantry, and dinette area. Some homes also have a living room, private den or sunroom. Owner’s suites (most are second floor) have vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks, soaking/jetted tubs and/or walk-in showers. Finished lower levels may have bars, media rooms, and exercise rooms.

Attached garages, most are front-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars.

Outdoor living is enjoyed on custom patios and/or decks. Nearly every backyard is lightly or heavily treed.

Most lots measure 75′ wide and range from 0.29 to 0.35 acres. Lots along Shireen Dr are considerably wider and sized up to 0.83 acres.

The south end of Shireen Dr abuts the subdivision of Orchard Hill.

There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Abigail Estates.

Residences are served by Strongsville City School District.

NOTE: Both Abigail Ln and Shireen Dr are NON-BUSSING STREETS to Muraski Elementary and Strongsville High School, which is a 20-min walk or 6-min bike.
