About Abigail Estates in Strongsville

Abigail Estates in Strongsville Ohio is a two-street community of 48 homes just minutes from the retail district and walkable to Strongsville City Schools’ Preschool and High School. It is located south of Royalton Rd, between Prospect and Pearl roads.

Homes were constructed between 1990-1996 by builders including Colabianchi, Golden Falcon Construction, and Shoreway Construction.

Homes include cape cod and colonial designs ranging from 2,200-3,900 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.

Being that homes were constructed by a variety of builders, features will vary. Generally, homes are appointed with hardwood or LVP flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, dramatic two-story foyers with open turned staircases, formal living rooms and/or private dens with french doors, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, and fireplaced great rooms (some vaulted) tha open to kitchens granite or quartz countertops, breakfast bar seating, pantry, and dinette area with slider to back patio/deck. Some homes have a living room, private den or sunroom. Owner’s suites have vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks, soaking/jetted tubs and/or walk-in showers. Finished lower levels have bars, media rooms, and exercise rooms. Attached garages, most front-entry accommodate 2-3 cars.

Outdoor living is enjoyed upon custom patios and/or decks. Nearly every backyard is lightly to heavily treed.

Most homesites range from .29 to .35 acres. There are also some larger lots up to .83 acres.

Abigail Estates is accessible through the adjoining community of Crystal Creek, which has entrances off Royalton Rd and Lunn Rd.

Homes encompass the streets of Abigail Ln and Shireen Dr.

The main street of Abigail Ln terminates in a dead-end; Shireen Dr has a cul-de-sac. Both have street trees, curbs and sidewalks.

To the south of the Shireen Dr cul-de-sac is the subdivision of Orchard Hill.

Residences are served by Strongsville City School District. The Early Learning Preschool is conveniently a 3 min drive on Lunn Rd.

NOTE: Both Abigail Ln and Shireen Dr are non-bussing streets to Strongsville High School, which is a 20-min walk or 6-min bike through Crystal Creek.

There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Abigail Estates.

Abigail Estates is located in central Strongsville Ohio, between Prospect and Pearl roads, off the south side of Royalton Rd.

Highways are accessible in 7 min to I-71 and 8 min to I-80/Turnpike.

Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is just a 3-min drive and SouthPark Mall is 7 min away.

The Ehrnfelt Recreation and Senior Center is 6 min away, offering residents a pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, massage therapy, ball courts, indoor elevated track, weight and exercise room, and game area with pool tables, ping pong, video games, air hockey and more.

As for parks, Strongsville has nine city parks with ball courts/fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, pavilions, and trails.

There’s also Mill Stream Run Reservation 7 min away, part of Cleveland Metroparks, where visitors can engage in hiking, horseback riding, archery, ziplining, axe throwing, and tobogganing at The Chalet on the tallest, fastest toboggan ice chutes in Ohio.

Golfers are 5-8 min to Royal Crest, Hickory Nut, and Columbia Hills.
