About Stillbrooke in Strongsville
Stillbrooke Estates is a subdivision of 65 single-family homes in downtown Strongsville, Ohio, adjacent to SouthPark Mall, with premium community amenities including a park with a fountained pond, pavilion, playground, and paved walking trails.

These single-family homes were built between 1989-1999 by Briarwood Homes and Oakhill Builders. Many homes have since been updated.
Homes include two-story floorplans ranging from 2,600-3,900 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5+ bathrooms.
Common features include hardwood or LVP flooring, two-story foyers with turned staircases, first-floor laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens, and fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted or two-story) that open to kitchens with quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar, pantry, and dinette area with access to the backyard. Second-level owner’s suites have vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks, soaking/jetted tubs, walk-in showers, and enclosed commodes. Full finished lower levels offer media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and workout rooms. Garages, most are front-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars. Backyards are appointed with composite decks and/or stamped patios.
Most homesites range from 0.23 to 0.31 acres, some with treed backyards. There are also two larger lots measuring 0.66 and 1.61 acres.
Yellow parcels within the red border on the map above are HOA-owned common areas. Yellow areas outside the red border are the neighboring community’s common land. Homes abutting these parcels have extended views of meadows or foliage.

A tall earth berm with privacy fencing and thick foliage runs along the eastern end of the development so that homes are not visible from the surrounding businesses.





The community park is accessible from the trail off Potomac Dr (between house numbers 17894 & 17916) or the trail next to the basketball courts. Just west of the park are the Strongsville City Schools Admin Offices.


The entrance street of Stillbrooke Dr is located is south of Royalton Rd and east of Pearl Rd, at the intersection of Cook Ave and Ordner Dr. It is flanked on the left side by a landscape bed with stacked stone signage. Antique lantern-style streetlights and mature flowering trees fringe the street, making for an exquisite “welcome home” in the spring.
In addition to Stillbrooke Dr, single-family homes also encompass the streets of Resting Meadows, Settlers Run, and 15 homes on Potomac Dr (house numbers 17711-17905). Serenity Dr is currently a stub street, which could be extended with future development opportunities.
There are flowering street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street throughout the development.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Stillbrooke Estates are approximately $395 annually.
Residences are served by Strongsville City Schools.

Stillbrooke Estates is located in in the heart of downtown Strongsville, the near southeast corner of Peal Rd and of Royalton Rd, at the intersection of Cook Ave and Ordner Dr.
Highways are conveniently accessible in 5 min to I-71 and 8 min to I-80/Turnpike.
SouthPark Mall (directly east) and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is 4 min away.
The Ehrnfelt Recreation and Senior Center is a 5 min drive, offering residents a pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, massage therapy, ball courts, indoor elevated track, weight and exercise room, and game area with pool tables, ping pong, video games, air hockey and more.
As for parks, Strongsville has nine city parks with ball courts/fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, pavilions, and trails.
There’s also Mill Stream Run Reservation 7 min away, part of Cleveland Metroparks, where visitors can engage in hiking, horseback riding, archery, ziplining, axe throwing, and tobogganing at The Chalet on the tallest, fastest toboggan ice chutes in Ohio.
Golfers are 9-15 minutes from a variety of courses including Columbia Hills, Coppertop, Hickory Nut, Pine Hills, Royal Crest, and Valleaire.
