Since getting involved in real estate in May of 2002, I have had so many people tell me about their horror stories. Some we laughed about and others the client was in tears. I had no choice but to create a community that puts the buyer and seller in more control vs relying on a bad agent they didn’t know was bad until it was too late.
I knew there had to be a way that customers could find a top-performing, reputable agent without spending loads of time researching and interviewing.

At the age of 17, I received my pilot’s license. I tell you this not to brag but to explain something about me and how I look at my real estate business.
As homeowners, all you want to do is feel safe.
Safe inside your homes. Safe in the investment you make when buying your home and safe in entrusting the guidance of an advisor who is going to help sell your home.
Safety is always on my mind when I pull up to my hangar to inspect and preflight my plane. Safety is a concern of mine while doing a run-up before taking off. Safety is my concern when doing flight maneuvers and coming back down to earth to land.
When it comes to my close family and friends, they feel safe and trust me to get them from point A to point B safely. We laugh, we have fun, and many times I’m explaining the different processes I go through to ensure our safety.
Believe it or not, flying is not hard when you follow specific systems. Any pilot reading this would agree. Pilots are always learning and testing new limits, but we stay within particular guidelines and continuously work at improving our abilities and skills.
So, where am I going with the aviation and real estate thing?
It’s simple, yet so many agents in the industry just wing it. No pun intended:)

I educate you, as my client, during the process so you can know where we’re going, how we’re getting there, and why we’re doing what we’re doing. From the time we meet and through the stressful and emotional residential real estate process, you feel safe.
I love it when clients think I’m great, but I’m merely looking out for your best interests. I’m keeping them safe.
What makes me different is, I have hundreds of home sales as my experience. I’ve made mistakes, but I’ve learned from them, so they don’t happen again. I’ve sharpened my skills and improved my abilities because I continuously focus on building systems and processes for what I do.
I do this, so everyone feels safe.
