The original landowners built their home (4300 Okey Ct) in 1989. In 2007, the developer purchased the surrounding land and the community was constructed beginning in 2010.
Homes in Miller’s Meadow range from 4,000-11,400+ square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3.5-6.5+ bathrooms.
Inside, homes are exquisitely appointed with hardwood flooring, dramatic two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms and/or private dens, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, and second-floor bonus rooms.
