Miller’s Meadow Homes
About Miller’s Meadow
Miller’s Meadow, also called Millers Meadows, is a community of fourteen custom-built luxury homes adjacent to a wildlife sanctuary. It is located off the north side of Granger Rd, a half-mile west of Coddingville Rd, comprising the cul-de-sac street of Okey Ct.
The original landowners built their home (4300 Okey Ct) in 1989. Then in 2007, the developer purchased the surrounding land and the community was constructed from 2010-2019. As of early 2024, there were a couple of undeveloped lots.
Homes in Miller’s Meadow range from 4,000-11,400+ square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3.5-6.5+ bathrooms.
Inside, homes are exquisitely appointed with hardwood flooring, dramatic two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms and/or private dens, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, and second-floor bonus rooms. Two-story or vaulted great rooms with fireplaces are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, top-of-the-line appliances, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and hearth or sunroom. Owner’s suites include vaulted or trayed ceilings, sitting areas, walk-in closets, and spa-like bathrooms with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media rooms, bars, kitchenettes, wine cellars, and exercise rooms. Side or rear-entry garages accommodate 3-4 cars. Several homes also have detached garages/outbuildings.
Homes have city water and septic systems (except for 4300 Okey Ct, which uses well water).
Backyards feature professionally designed gardens, patios and/or composite decks, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Cleared homesites measure 3.5 to 10.3 acres, offering undisturbed panoramic views.
The north side of the street abuts the 150-acre Granger Wetlands Wildlife Sanctuary (designated in green on above map) for vast meadow views.
The entrance street of Okey Ct is flanked on the left side by a landscape bed with signage.
The development is set back roughly 780 feet from Granger Rd so that no homes abut the main road.
The stub street of Veraway Ct may be extended with future development opportunities.
As with most Medina streets, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
NOTE: High voltage steel lattice transmission towers and steel pole transmission lines run along the back property line of homes on the south side of Okey Ct for those concerned about visual encumbrance, noise, or health and safety.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $400 annually.
Nearby developments include Carter Huntley’s Plantation and Plantation South.
