Lincoln Estates is a lovely community of 14 single-family homes upon 2+ acre lots in Medina Township, Ohio, located off the north side of Fenn Rd, 0.6 miles west of Huffman Road.

These homes were constructed from 1998-2016. As of late 2023, there was one undeveloped lot.

Lincoln Estates is also accessible through the adjoining community to the north, Regal Brook Farms, which has its own entrance off Remsen Rd.
