Creekside Chase is a community of 35 custom-built single-family homes with 2+ acre lots in southeast Medina, Ohio (Sharon Township). It is located 0.2 miles north of Fixler Rd off the east side of Boneta Rd (County Hwy 53), Medina, OH 44256, and comprises Covington Ln, Creekside Chase Dr, the cul-de-sac street of Fairhaven Oval, and two homes along Boneta Rd (house numbers 7025 & 7033).

Creekside Chase homes were constructed between 2003-2007 by builders including Main Street Builders, Millstone Building Co, and Pepperwood Homes.

Inside, these homes feature hardwood or LVP flooring, two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, flex rooms or private dens with glass-paned french doors and built-ins, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, and fireplaced great rooms (some are two-story or vaulted) with floor-to-ceiling windows that open to oversized kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, beverage/buffet area, center islands or peninsulas with breakfast bars, under-cabinet lighting, a walk-in pantry, and bayed dinette areas. Trayed or vaulted ceiling owner’s suites include custom walk-in closets and bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Second floors may have lofts or bonus rooms. Lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) may be finished with media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.
Homes have well water and septic systems.
Side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.

As with most neighborhood streets in Sharon Township, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
Fairhaven Oval has two permanent cul-de-sacs.
The east end of Covington Ln ends in a temporary cul-de-sac, which could be extended with future development opportunities.
