Meadow Preserve is surrounded by a treeline with 15.59 acres, which is owned by one of the residents.
The entrance street of Livia Ln is flanked by white split rail fencing and a landscaped bed with signage.
As with most neighborhood streets in Medina, there are no curbs and sidewalks.
This development is not connected to any other subdivision, so traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Residences are served by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is a 6 min drive.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Meadow Preserve are approximately $100 annually.
