About The Estates at Rim Rock
The Estates at Rim Rock (aka Rim Rock Estates or Rimrock Estates) is an upscale community of custom-built single-family homes with 2+ acre lots in Liverpool Township of Medina, Ohio.
This subdivision is located off the south side of Neff Rd, between Earhart Rd and Station Rd, comprising the cul-de-sac streets of Kellsway Ct and Rimrock Rd.
NEW PHASE! In 2023, Rimrock Rd was extended with a permanent cul-de-sac to accommodate five additional lots for Phase 2. The final plat was approved in 2025. Upon completion, this development will include 22 homes.

Phase 1 consisted of 17 lots, most which were developed from 2007-2024 by builders including Legacy Homes of Medina, R.J. Perritt Homes, Diyanni Homes, and Bridgeport Custom Homes.
The Estates at Rim Rock includes ranch and two-story homes ranging from 2,200-4,500 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Since homes were constructed over 19+ years, amenities will vary.
First floor amenities and principal rooms include hardwood or LVP flooring, a two-story foyer with wrought iron spindled staircases, laundry room with a utility tub and cabinet, formal dining room, private den, and a fireplaced great room (most are vaulted) that is open to the kitchen featuring granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, and dinette area.
First-floor owner’s suites include a walk-in closet and bathroom with a custom-tiled walk-in shower, soaking/jetted tub, and dual sinks/vanities.
Second floors may have lofts or bonus rooms.
Finished lower levels (some have daylight windows!) are complete with rec rooms, bars, billiard areas, and exercise rooms.
Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars. A number of homes also have detached garages.
Homes have public water and septic systems.
Backyards feature custom patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, and fire pits.
Most lots measure approximately 150′ wide with 120′ setbacks and range from 2.0 to 3.0 acres. Larger lots are sized at 5.23, 14.7, and 23.5 acres.
A few lots have a private pond.
Lots have varied land cover including fully cleared meadows for wide open vistas, or partially to heavily wooded backyards offering lush views and privacy.
Small creeks meander across the northern and southern ends of the development, enhancing the natural setting and attracting wildlife. Waterway-adjacent lots may include wetlands that reduce the available building footprint.
The entrance street of Kellsway Ct is elegantly flanked by landscaped beds with masonry pillars and white split-rail fencing. A row of decorative deciduous and evergreen trees line the main road, offering privacy to the front of the community.
As with most neighborhood streets in Medina, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
Phase 1 properties have individual mailboxes. Phase 2 homes will utilize the mail kiosk at the Rimrock Rd cul-de-sac.
The neighborhood is served by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is an 8-min drive.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Estates at Rim Rock are approximately $200 annually.
