About the Estates at Rim Rock
The Estates at Rim Rock (aka Rim Rock Estates or Rimrock Estates) is an upscale community of custom-built single-family homes with 2+ acre lots in Liverpool Township of Medina, Ohio. This development is located off the south side of Neff Rd, between Earhart Rd and Station Rd, comprising the cul-de-sac streets of Kellsway Ct and Rimrock Rd.

Phase 1 consisted of 17 lots, most which were developed from 2007-2021 by builders including Legacy Homes of Medina, R.J. Perritt Homes, Diyanni Homes, and Bridgeport Custom Homes.
In 2023, Rimrock Rd was extended with a permanent cul-de-sac to accommodate five additional lots for Phase 2. Upon completion, this development will include 22 homes.
The Estates at Rim Rock includes ranch and two-story homes ranging from 3,100-4,500 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Being that homes were constructed over 17+ years, amenities will differ. Common features include hardwood flooring, two-story foyers with wrought iron spindled staircases, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining rooms, private dens, and second-floor lofts or bonus rooms. Great rooms (most are vaulted) with fireplaces are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. First-floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets and bathrooms with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Finished lower levels (some have daylight windows!) are complete with media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and exercise rooms. Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars. A number of homes also have detached garages.
Homes have public water and septic systems.
Backyards feature custom patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, and fire pits.
Most homesites measure approximately 150′ wide with 120′ setbacks and range from 2.0 to 3.0 acres. Larger lots are sized at 5.23, 14.7, and 23.5 acres.
A few lots have a private pond.
Lots have varied land cover, including fully cleared meadows for wide open vistas, or partially to heavily wooded parcels offering lush views and privacy.
Small creeks meander across the northern and southern edges of the development, enhancing the natural setting and attracting wildlife.
The entrance street of Kellsway Ct is elegantly flanked by landscaped beds with masonry pillars and white split-rail fencing. A row of decorative deciduous and evergreen trees runs along the main road, offering privacy to the front of the community.
As with most neighborhood streets in Medina, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
The neighborhood is served by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is a 7 min drive.
Phase 1 properties have individual mailboxes. Phase 2 homes utilize the mail kiosk at the Rimrock Rd cul-de-sac.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Estates at Rim Rock are approximately $200 annually.

Mill Stream Park in Valley City, an 8 min drive, has a play structure, basketball court, pavilion, and a paved 0.7-mile all-purpose trail encircling the park’s meadow.
