Cherry Hill Farm is a community of 26 luxury homes custom-built by Prestige Homes boasting heavily wooded homesites in eastern Medina, Ohio (Granger Township). This subdivision is located 0.2 miles east of Allard Rd off the south side of Bath Rd, comprising the streets of River Oaks Dr and Meadow Oaks Trl.
Homes were constructed exclusively by Prestige Homes from 2000-2006.
They range from 3,900-8,400 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3.5-4.5+ bathrooms.
Inside, homes are exquisitely appointed with hardwood flooring, dramatic two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens with built-ins, and large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Two-story or vaulted great rooms with fireplaces are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bar seating, top-of-the-line appliances, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and hearth or sunroom. Owner’s suites include vaulted ceilings, sitting areas, walk-in closets, and spa-like bathrooms with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Guest bedrooms also have walk-in closets. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media rooms, bars, kitchenettes, and exercise rooms.
Homes are serviced by well water and septic systems.
Attached side-entry garages accommodate 3-4 cars.

Heavily wooded homesites measure 2.2 to 6.9 acres. Many lots are completely wooded so that homes are not visible from the street or their neighbors, offering the ultimate in privacy and lush views of nature.
A stream meanders across the northwest end of Meadow Oaks Trl, and several smaller creeks intersect different portions of the community, offering rolling topography. The steepest slopes occur along the west side of Meadow Oaks Trl, where homes are positioned significantly above street level.
The entrance to River Oaks Dr is elegantly flanked on either side by lush landscape beds with mature pines, ornamental trees, perennials, masonry signage walls, and white split rail fencing that extends along the front of the development.
The north end of Meadow Oaks Trl has a permanent cul-de-sac; the south end has a temporary cul-de-sac, which could be extended with future development opportunities.
As with most Medina streets, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Cherry Hill Farm are approximately $350 annually.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.
Directly east is the subdivision of Dell Wood Estates.

The subdivision of Cherry Hill Farm is in eastern Medina, Ohio (Granger Township), located off the south side of Bath Rd, 0.2 miles east of Allard Rd.
Highways are accessible in 8 min to I-77 and I-271, 11 min to I-71, and 20 min to I-80/Turnpike.
Montrose’s commercial district is just 8 min east for a plethora of dining options, grocers, and retailers including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Hobby Lobby, T. J. Maxx, Walmart, World Market, Staples, and JCPenney.

Local outdoor recreation amenities are plentiful! Just 4 min away is Allardale Park with hiking and equestrian trails, a picnic shelter and indoor lodge. The 150-acre Granger Wetlands Wildlife Sanctuary is just a 5 min drive. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is 6 min away with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. You’re 10 min to Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Park with green space, two miles of trails, a large playground, fishing pond, and a spacious fenced dog run. Bath Nature Preserve is also 10 min drive with hiking and equestrian trails, two ponds for catch-and-release fishing, sled riding, and cross country skiing. The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad is 12 min away. Lake Medina is 13 min away for hiking, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 12 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails.
If you’re a golfer, there are a number of golf courses accessible in 20 minutes or less including Hinckley Hills, Pleasant Valley, Ironwood, Briarwood, Bunker Hill, Seneca, and Sleepy Hollow. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re 10 min to The Sharon Golf Club and 16 min to Weymouth Country Club.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 25 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
