Cherry Hill Farm, in eastern Medina Ohio (Granger Township), is a community of 26 custom-built luxury homes with heavily wooded homesites built by Prestige Homes from 2000-2006.
Homes range from 3,900-8,400 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3.5-4.5+ bathrooms.
Inside, homes are exquisitely appointed with hardwood flooring, dramatic two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens with built-ins, and large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Two-story or vaulted great rooms with fireplaces are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bar seating, top-of-the-line appliances, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and hearth or sunroom. Owner’s suites include vaulted ceilings, sitting areas, walk-in closets, and spa-like bathrooms with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Guest bedrooms also have walk-in closets. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media rooms, bars, kitchenettes, and exercise rooms. Homes have attached 3-4 car side-entry garages.
Backyards feature professionally designed gardens, patios and/or composite decks, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Heavily wooded homesites measure 2.2 to 6.9 acres. A number of lots are completely wooded so that homes are not visible from the street or their neighbors, offering the ultimate in privacy and views of nature.
There is one entrance to this development via River Oaks Dr from Bath Rd. The entrance is flanked on either side by lush landscape beds with mature pines, ornamental trees, perennials, and masonry walls with white split rail fencing.
In addition to River Oaks Dr, this development also includes Meadow Oaks Trl. Both streets end in a cul-de-sac.
As with the majority of Medina streets, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
Homes have well water and septic systems.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Cherry Hill Farm are approximately $250 annually.
This neighborhood is serviced by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.

Convenient Location
The subdivision of Cherry Hill Farm is in eastern Medina Ohio (Granger Township). The entrance is located off Bath Rd, 0.2 miles east of Allard Rd.
Highways are accessible in 8 min to I-77 and I-271, 11 min to I-71, and 20 min to I-80/Turnpike.

Local outdoor recreation amenities are plentiful! Just 4 min away is Allardale Park with hiking and equestrian trails, a picnic shelter and indoor lodge. The 150-acre Granger Wetlands Wildlife Sanctuary is just a 5 min drive. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is 6 min away with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. You’re 10 min to Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Park with green space, two miles of trails, a large playground, fishing pond, and a spacious fenced dog run. Bath Nature Preserve is also 10 min drive with hiking and equestrian trails, two ponds for catch-and-release fishing, sled riding, and cross country skiing. The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad is 12 min away. Lake Medina is 13 min away for hiking, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 12 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails.
If you’re a golfer, there are a number of golf courses accessible in 20 minutes or less including Hinckley Hills, Pleasant Valley, Ironwood, Briarwood, Bunker Hill, Seneca, and Sleepy Hollow. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re 10 min to The Sharon Golf Club and 16 min to Weymouth Country Club.
