About Granger Meadows
Granger Meadows is a community of 40 homes in eastern Medina, Ohio (Granger Township), located 0.2 miles east of Boneta Rd, off the north side of Granger Rd, comprising the streets of Tara Way and Twelve Oaks Cir.
These homes were built from 2001-2016, with the final home constructed in 2024.
Granger Meadows homes range from 2,000-4,800 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.
Inside, homes feature hardwood flooring, two-story foyers, two-story or vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and large windows, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms or four season rooms, private dens, and large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Kitchens feature granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island with breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites include walk-in closets and bathrooms with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Guest bedrooms also have walk-in closets. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.
Homes are serviced by well water and septic systems.
Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars. Numerous homes have detached garages for additional parking.
Backyards feature patios and/or composite decks, covered porches, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Homesites offer 175’+ frontage and range from 2.0 to 3.9 acres. Lots are available as fully cleared for wide open vistas or partially to heavily wooded for privacy.
The gently rolling or flat topography of lots is suitable for lawn games, gardens, playsets and pools.
Several lots are intersected by small streams.
The entrance to Tara Way is ornamented by a landscaped bed with a masonry signage wall.
Both streets have a cul-de-sac. However, the eastern end of Twelve Oaks Cir (also written 12 Oaks Cir) is a dead end, which could be extended with future development opportunities.
As with the majority of Medina subdivisions, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
⚡POWER LINES: Steel lattice tower transmission lines and a row of distribution lines run through the center of this development for those concerned about visual encumbrance, property values, or health and safety.
🔊NOISE: This development is bordered on two sides by highways (I-271 directly north and I-71 to the west) subjecting the community to interstate noise pollution.
This neighborhood is serviced by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Granger Meadows.

Granger Meadows subdivision is in eastern Medina, Ohio (Granger Township) off the north side of Granger Rd between Beach and Nichols roads.
Highways are accessible in 6 min to I-71, 7 min to I-271, 12 min to I-77, and 20 min to I-80/Turnpike.
Summit Mall and shopping center is only 15 min away. Anchored by Dillard’s and Macy’s, it boasts over 125 of your favorite retailers like Apple, J. Crew, Gap, and Vera Bradley as well as the restaurants you crave like First Watch, P.F. Changs and Bravo. In addition, you’ll find an abundance of shopping and dining options nearby like Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s, Target, Lowe’s, and Home Depot as well as Winking Lizard Peninsula, Bomba Taco, Michael Angelo’s Winery, Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse, and more.
Local outdoor recreation amenities are plentiful! You’re just 4 min to Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Park with green space, two miles of trails, a large playground, fishing pond, and a spacious fenced dog run. The 150-acre Granger Wetlands Wildlife Sanctuary is just a 5 min drive. Also only 5 min away is Lake Medina for hiking, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing. Just 10 min away is Allardale Park with hiking and equestrian trails, a picnic shelter and indoor lodge. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is 12 min away with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March.
Golfers have numerous golf courses accessible in 20 minutes or less including Hinckley Hills, Pleasant Valley, Ironwood, Briarwood, Bunker Hill, Seneca, and Sleepy Hollow. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re 8 min to Weymouth Country Club.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 25 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
