This subdivision is located off the northwest side of Abbeyville Rd, equidistant between Wolff Rd and Spieth Rd, across the street from Shale Creek Golf Club, comprising Elmer Way and Sharon Ct.
These homes were constructed exclusively by Pulte Homes from 2020-2022.
Pulte Homes offered four ranch and 1.5-story floorplans with full basements ranging from 1,683-2,600 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms.
