Read on for comprehensive details about the community and its homes, lots, topography, location, nearby amenities, driving distances and recent sales.

These homes were constructed beginning in 2018 by builders including Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Bridgeport Custom Homes, J.E. Moran Builders, KNL Custom Homes, Landmark Homes, Legacy Homes of Medina, Old World Custom Homes, and Windridge Homes.
The sizable homes of Bonnie Glen primarily range from 4,200-8,000 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5+ bathrooms.
Inside, homes feature exquisite craftsmanship and high-end finishes, hardwood or LVP flooring, soaring beamed and coffered ceilings, a large laundry room with utility tub and cabinets, mudroom with cubbies, two-story foyer with turned staircases, formal dining room with tray ceilings, private den with built-ins, and a fireplaced great room with two-story or vaulted ceiling that is open to an enormous kitchen featuring furniture-quality soft-close cabinets, granite or quartz countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, a beverage station or buffet area, center island, breakfast bar, walk-in chef’s pantry, dinette area, and hearth room.
First floor owner’s suites include a custom walk-in closet and bathroom with a soaking tub and/or tiled walk-in shower, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commode.
Second floors have a loft or bonus room.
Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) may include rec rooms, bars, theaters, wine cellars, and exercise rooms.
Attached side or rear-entry garages accommodate 3-4 cars. A number of homes also have outbuildings or detached garages.
Homes are served by well water and septic systems.
Backyards feature patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Before being re-platted for residential development in 2017, this land was once an agricultural farm featuring diverse terrain with streams, pastures, cropland, and forested areas.
Bonnie Glen was plotted with generously sized lots measuring approximately 200′ wide, ranging from 2.0 to 4.33 acres. There are also two larger lots totaling 4.77 and 20.16 acres.
Homesites have varied land cover, from fully cleared to partially or heavily wooded yards, offering privacy.
Several parcels have ponds, either shared or private.
There is a stream flowing from north to south near the western part of the development and a few smaller tributaries that drain to the southern section. Waterway-adjacent parcels have gently rolling topography, with the steepest slopes along the southwest and southeastern corners of the development. However, these waterways do not impose any special flood hazards. View FEMA Flood Map.
Bordering the west side of the development is the 78-acre Thomas Currier Nature Preserve (pictured below), which has walking trails. It is part of Blue Heron Park Complex with exercise stations, paved trails, and mountain bike trails.

The entrance to Bonnie Glen Rd is ornamented by a landscape bed and a masonry signage wall.

An earth berm with landscaping and evergreens offers privacy to homes near the entrance.
As with most Medina streets, there are no curbs or sidewalks in this subdivision.
Bonnie Glen Rd, MacDougall Ln and Oban Ct all have a permanent cul-de-sac.
Post is delivered to mailbox kiosks near the entrance.
With only one entrance and no connection to another development, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Bonnie Glen are approximately $800 annually.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Highland Local School District.
