Maplewood Estates is a community of approximately 37 single-family homes with wooded 2+ acre lots in Medina, Ohio (Montville Township), located off the north side of Chippewa Rd, just west of Wooster Pike. This development comprises the entrance street of Winding Woods Trl, as well as the streets of Linda Dr and Maple Heights Dr.
Maplewood Estates homes were built between 1992-2019.
Homes include ranch, cape cod, and two-story styles ranging from 3,200-5,600 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
