About Signature of Sharon
Signature of Sharon is a prestigious community of roughly 35 custom-built million-dollar homes in Medina and Wadsworth* Ohio (Sharon Township).
It is located 0.3 miles east of Boneta Rd (County Hwy 53), off the north side of Sharon Copley Rd, comprising the streets of Manor Glen Dr, Jumpers Knoll Dr (also spelled in Sharon Township, Knoll), Woodshire Ln, and the south end and cul-de-sac of Thoroughbred Dr (house numbers 2310 to 2361).
*NOTE: Homes on Thoroughbred Dr have Wadsworth addresses.

Signature of Sharon homes were constructed from 2004-2024 by builders including Elite Designer Homes, KNL Custom Homes, and Steven Moore.
Homes range from 5,000-11,900 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 4-6.5 bathrooms.
Inside, they feature exquisite craftsmanship and high-end finishes, hardwood flooring, travertine and marble floors, two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, piano rooms, private dens with built-ins, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, mudrooms with cubbies, and fireplaced two-story or vaulted great rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that open to enormous kitchens featuring custom cabinets, granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, beverage/buffet area, center island, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, top-of-the-line appliances, dinette area, and hearth room. Trayed or vaulted ceiling owner’s suites include custom walk-in closets and bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Second floors may have lofts or bonus rooms. Finished lower levels (many are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media rooms, billiard areas, bars, kitchens/kitchenettes, wine cellars, and exercise rooms.
Side or rear-entry garages accommodate 3-4 cars. A number of homes also have outbuildings or detached garages. Numerous homes have circular driveways for guest parking and unobstructed garage access.
Homes have well water and septic systems.
Sensational backyard retreats feature professionally designed gardens, patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces or fire pits, and even private ponds for non-motorized watersports.
Backyard playsets, trampolines, sheds, in-ground pools, and poolhouses are permitted.
Homesites generally range from 2.0 to 3.5 acres. There are also a few larger lots and double lots measuring between 4.15 to 7 acres.
The northernmost portion of the subdivision along Thoroughbred Dr and Woodshire Ln boast partially and fully wooded lots offering the ultimate in privacy and verdant beauty.
The southern two-thirds of the site was previously used as cropland, offering level lots with open vistas. Strategically placed plantings provide natural privacy from neighboring lots.
House numbers 2313 and 2325 Thoroughbred Dr abut a forest reserve conservation easement (Medina Summit Land Conservancy) held by Western Reserve Land Conservancy.
Numerous streams and tributaries of Wolf Creek intersect the community requiring conservation easements.
The entrance street of Manor Glen Dr is flanked by stately masonry signage walls with lantern-topped pillars and black metal fencing surrounded by lush landscaping. Black metal fencing and staggered evergreens continue eastward along the front of the community, offering privacy from the main road.
As with most neighborhood streets in Sharon Township, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
Jumpers Knoll Dr (also spelled Jumper Knoll), Thoroughbred Dr and Woodshire Ln end in permanent cul-de-sacs.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Signature of Sharon are approximately $300 annually.
To the north, Thoroughbred Dr adjoins the subdivision of Hunt Club Farms (City of Wadsworth), which exits on Beach Rd.
Other nearby Medina developments include Nottingham Estates (0.4 miles east), Bonnie Glen and Wolf Creek Reserve.
