This subdivision is located 0.4 miles south of Ridgewood Rd, off the west side of Beach Rd, and comprises most of Thoroughbred Dr (up to house number 2303), the cul-de-sac street of Fox Chase Dr, and six homes on Beach Rd (even house numbers 5936-6100).
These single-family homes were built between 1992-2006, with the final home constructed in 2022.

As with most neighborhood streets in the area, there are no curbs or sidewalks in Hunt Club Farms.
Post is conveniently delivered to mailboxes at the end of each driveway.
Fox Chase Dr ends in a permanent cul-de-sac.
The south end and cul-de-sac of Thoroughbred Dr are part of Signature of Sharon, which has its own entrance off Sharon Copley Rd.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees/dues at Hunt Club Farms.
This neighborhood is serviced by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.
