This development is located 0.7 miles east of State Rd off the south side of Ridgewood Rd. It comprises the residential streets of Amberwood Trl, Meadowglen Ln, Woodmere Ln, Forest Glen Trl, the west end of Sharon Woods Rd, seven homes along Brentwood Way (house numbers 404-536), as well as two homes on Ridgewood Rd (house numbers 436 & 466).

To the west, Brentwood Way adjoins The Estates at Woodfield, which has its own entrance off Ridgewood Rd.

Forest Glen homes are being built exclusively by Prestige Homes. Home prices began in the $900’s.

Homes were constructed beginning in 2018.

These homes begin at 3,000 square feet (above-grade). With finished basements, these commodious homes can offer 9,500+ square feet with 4-6 bedrooms and 3-6 bathrooms.

Inside, homes are appointed with hardwood or LVP flooring, mudrooms/mudhalls, laundry rooms with built-in sinks and cabinets, dramatic two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms, private dens, and fireplaced great rooms with two-story or vaulted ceiling that are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a center island with breakfast bar, top-of-the-line appliances, wall ovens, a walk-in pantry, dirty kitchen/skullery (some homes), dinette area, and even a hearth room.

First-floor owner’s suites include a sitting area (some homes), large walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and/or tiled walk-in showers, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commode.

Some homes have in-law/teen/au pair suites.

Finished lower levels (a few are coveted walkouts!) may have media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and exercise rooms.

Side-entry garages accommodate 3-4 cars. Some homes also have detached garages for additional vehicles.

Homes are served by individual water wells and septic systems.

Backyards feature professional landscaping, sprawling patios, covered living areas and/or fire pits. Playsets, gardens and in-ground pools are permitted.

Lots are sized around 2 acres. There is also one lot measuring 3.51 acres.

The terrain is flat, ideal for dogs, children, yard games and pools.

Properties located on former cropland are cleared. Most cleared lots abut a treeline, offering privacy from adjacent properties.

Many lots are partially or heavily wooded, providing the ultimate in privacy and verdant beauty.

Numerous homes overlook shared ponds, offering serene water views.

Several small streams intersect the northeast and southwest ends of the development, but do not significantly alter the level topography, nor do they impose any flood hazards.

The main entrance on Forest Glen Trl is flanked by large landscaped beds with stacked stone signage walls and split rail fencing that extends along the northern end of the community.

Meadowglen Ln and Woodmere Ln have permanent cul-de-sacs.

Amberwood Trl and Brentwood Way have temporary cul-de-sacs, which could be removed when the street is extended with future development.

True to country living, as with most Wadsworth subdivisions, there are no curbs or sidewalks.

Driveway aprons are flanked by address markers and antique-style lamp posts.

Post is delivered to mailboxes kiosks.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Forest Glen are approximately $1,000 annually.

Residences are served by the highly-rated Highland Local School District.
