About Harps Mill
Harps Mill is a community of 61 custom-built single-family luxury homes with 2-acre lots in Sharon Township of Wadsworth, Ohio. This subdivision is located east of Hartman Rd, between Fixler and Koontz Roads, comprising Cello Cir, Duet Dr, Harps Mill Dr, Percussion Path, Symphony Way (excluding the cul-de-sac*), and eight homes on Hartman Rd (house numbers 7151-7277).


There are two entrances via Harps Mill Dr from Fixler Rd and Duet Dr off Hartman Rd. The main entrance to Harps Mill Dr is elegantly ornamented by landscaped beds featuring masonry colonnades with engraved entablatures.

Harps Mill homes were constructed in three phases beginning in 2004 by custom builders including Galehouse Construction, Legacy Homes of Medina, Paradise Homes, Prominence Homes, Tobin Construction, Wengerd Custom Homes, and Wyndham Hill Construction.
*In 2023, Symphony Way was extended with a permanent cul-de-sac and four lots as part of Hunters Glen subdivision.
Homes include ranch and two-story floorplans that range from 2,500-4,500 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Since homes were constructed by numerous builders over 20 years, designs and amenities will vary. Interior features may include solid core doors, LVP or hardwood flooring, designated foyers, mud halls, private dens, formal dining rooms, and fireplaced great rooms that open to kitchens with soft-close cabinets, granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island with breakfast bar, a walk-in pantry, and a dining area. First or second floor owner’s suites include trayed or vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, and bathrooms with custom tiled walk-in showers and/or soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. First or second floor laundry rooms. Second floors may have lofts or bonus rooms. Lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) may be finished with media rooms, bars and exercise rooms.
Homes are serviced by individual water wells and septic systems.
Side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards can feature composite decks, custom patios, covered living areas, fire pits, and even swimming pools (either above-ground or in-ground).
Generously sized lots are approximately 200′ wide (60′ frontage on cul-de-sacs) and range from 2.0 to 2.8 acres
Previously used for cropland, the site offers predominantly flat terrain and cleared homesites for open vistas. Some residents have strategically planted trees to provide natural privacy.
The east end of the Cello Way abuts forested parkland (green area on above map) containing a tributary stream of Wolf Creek.
As with most neighborhood streets in Sharon Township, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
Cello Cir, Duet Dr, Harps Mill Dr and Percussion Path have permanent cul-de-sacs.
Mail is conveniently delivered to mailboxes at the end of each driveway.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Harps Mill are approximately $150 annually.
