The Preserve of Sharon Falls is located in Sharon Township of Wadsworth Ohio (Medina County), off the north side of Ridgewood Rd, between State Rd and S Medina Line Rd. It comprises three homes on the southern end of Sharon Falls Dr and the entirety of Falling Water Way, which ends in a permanent cul-de-sac.

You won’t find any basic boxy home designs or vinyl siding in this premier community. Refined facades include contemporary, traditional, old-world, and Craftsman designs featuring natural materials like stone, brick and stucco.

These spacious homes begin at 4,000 square feet with 4+ bedrooms and 3+ bathrooms.

A small stream crosses the center of the community and Yellow Creek, a tributary of the Cuyahoga River, flows across several lots along the north end of the community. However, the subdivision does not lie in a FEMA designated flood zone.

The Preserve of Sharon Falls is in Sharon Township of Wadsworth Ohio (Medina County), located off the north side of Ridgewood Rd, between State and S Medina Line roads.

Highways are accessible in 8 min to I-77, 10 min to I-71, 13 min to I-271, and 20 min to I-80/Turnpike.

Allardale Park is 11 min away for hiking and equestrian trails, a picnic shelter and indoor lodge. Bath Nature Preserve is a 12 min drive with hiking and equestrian trails, two ponds for catch-and-release fishing, sled riding, and cross country skiing. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is 15 min away with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. It’s 17 min to Lake Medina for hiking, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing. Richfield Heritage Preserve is also 17 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails. The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad is 18 min away.

If you’re a golfer, there are a number of golf courses accessible in 20 minutes or less including Hinckley Hills, Pleasant Valley, Ironwood, Briarwood, Bunker Hill, Seneca, and Sleepy Hollow. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re 8 min to The Sharon Golf Club and 14 min to Weymouth Country Club.
