About The Reserve at Kings Ridge
Reserve at Kings Ridge (aka Kings Ridge) is a cul-de-sac community of 36 custom-built luxury homes on 2+-acre homesites in Sharon Township of Wadsworth, Ohio (Medina County).
This development is located 0.4 miles south of Medina Rd, off the east side of Ridge Rd, encompassing Jennifer Ln, Kings Ridge Blvd, 5314 Royal Ridge Ln, and 5415 Ridge Rd.
Homes were constructed between 2001-2008 by builders including Elite Designer Homes, Somerset Builders, and Steven Moore.
Reserve at Kings Ridge homes include ranch and two-story designs ranging from 3,000-6,700 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 3.5-4.5 bathrooms.
The streetscape is lined with facades of varying traditional architecture.
Inside, homes are appointed with hardwood or LVP flooring, extensive trimwork, dramatic two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms with trayed ceilings, sitting rooms and/or executive dens, and laundry rooms with built-in sinks and cabinets. Fireplaced great rooms with two-story or vaulted ceilings are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center islands with breakfast bar, pantry, dinette area, and even screened-in porches or 4-season rooms. Owner’s suites include sitting areas, walk-in closets, and spa-like bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media rooms, bars, kitchenettes and/or exercise rooms.
Homes have well water and septic tanks.
Side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars. Some homes also have detached garages for additional vehicles.
Backyards may feature professional landscaping, custom patios and/or composite decks, fire pits, and even in-ground pools.
Homesites are primarily sized around 2.0 acres, but there are a few larger lots up to 3.2 acres.
Lots are available as cleared, lightly treed or wooded.
Two homes have the added serenity of an adjacent fountained pond.
Several small streams intersect the southern end of the development, offering gently sloping topography.
The entrance to Kings Ridge Blvd is elegantly flanked by landscaped beds with lantern-topped pillars and curved, elongated stone signage walls.
True to country living and most Wadsworth subdivisions, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
Stormwater is conveyed by streetside drainage swales with driveway underdrain pipes.
Kings Ridge Blvd ends in a permanent cul-de-sac.
Both Jennifer Ln, which currently ends in a temporary cul-de-sac, and the stub street of Royal Ridge Ln could be extended with future development opportunities.
Mail is conveniently delivered to individual mailboxes at the end of each driveway. All mailboxes are the same design and color for a cohsesive streetscape.
Bordering this community to the south is Willow Ridge Farm & Stables.
The east end of Kings Ridge Blvd cul-de-sac abuts Indian Hills.
Fun fact: LeBron James lived in this subdivision during the beginning of his NBA career with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Residences are served by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.
