About The Preserve at Trillium Creek Real Estate
The Preserve at Trillium Creek is a new construction community of single-family homes by Landmark Homes in northwest Montville Township of Medina, Ohio. This subdivision boasts sidewalks, public sewer and water, and adjacent parkland.
It is located less than a half-mile east of Wooster Pike, along cul-de-sacs of Stockbridge Dr and New Haven Dr, which are extensions of former dead-end streets off Northampton Highland Estates.

Phase 1 of construction began in 2019, which comprises 11 homesites along the cul-de-sac of Stockbridge Dr. The Stockbridge Dr cul-de-sac is bordered to the north by Pinewood Condominiums and forested parkland (Ken Cleveland Park). Behind the cleared lots along the southwest edge of Stockbridge Dr is a landscape mound with pine trees, providing privacy from the neighboring medical office.
In mid-2022, the cul-de-sac of New Haven Dr was added for Phase 2, which includes 10 lots. The New Haven Dr cul-de-sac abuts parkland to the north and the subdivision of Cambridge Village Estates to the east.
Upon completion, the community will include 21 homes.
Landmark Homes offered several dozen floorplans from which to customize and also custom-designed homes.
These ranch and two-story homes begin at 1,900 above-grade square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms.
Desirable amenities include high ceilings, hardwood or LVP flooring, a garage entry mud hall, laundry room with utility tub and cabinets, private den, and great room with fireplace and vaulted ceiling that opens to the kitchen featuring granite or quartz countertops, an oversized island with breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, and dinette area or morning room.
Owner’s suites include a walk-in closet and bathroom with a custom-tiled walk-in shower, dual sinks, and an enclosed commode.
Finished lower levels (some have daylight windows or are coveted walkouts!) can include rec rooms, bars, media rooms, and exercise rooms.
Homes are serviced by public water and sewer.
Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards feature custom patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Lots range from 0.28 to 1.56 acres.
Homesites are either cleared or have backyards that are partially to heavily wooded.
A stream crosses the properties on the western side of New Haven Dr, offering rolling topography.

Homes are accessed through the subdivision of Northampton Highland Estates off the north side of Lexington Ridge Dr, which exits on both Wooster Pike and Wadsworth Rd.
Both streets have curbs and sidewalks—not typically found in Medina neighborhoods!
Cul-de-sacs are enhanced with islands ornamented by evergreens, boulders and garden stones.
All mailboxes are of the same design, bringing uniformity to the streetscape.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Medina City School District, which is conveniently less than a half-mile to H.G. Blake Elementary and walkable in under 10 min.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for The Preserve at Trillium Creek are approximately $100 annually.

Austin Badger Park is 8 min away, which offers outdoor fitness stations, first-class mountain bike trails with ramps and biking accouterments, a coffee shop with mountain bike and snowshoe rental, and miles of paved trails that extend into two adjoining nature preserves. It’s 13 min to Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Park with green space, two miles of trails, a large playground, fishing pond, and a spacious fenced dog run. Lake Medina is also 13 min away for hiking, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing.
There are a number of golf courses accessible in 20 minutes or less including Bunker Hill, Loyal Oak, Pine Valley, Pleasant Valley, Rawiga Golf Club, Ridge Top, and Shale Creek.
