About Fairway Landing
Fairway Landing is a new construction golf course community of 83 single-family homes in Lafayette Township of Medina, Ohio, adjacent to Chippewa Rail Trail and Medina Country Club (includes social membership!).
This subdivision comprises three unconnected subdivisions bordering the northwest corner of Medina Country Club (bordered in red on below maps). Tristin Ln is located off the north side of Wedgewood Rd. Bedford Ct, Lea Ln, Paula Ct and Tollar Ct are off the east side of Lake Rd.
Homes were constructed exclusively by Ryan Homes beginning in 2022. Prices begin in the mid $300s.
Phases 1 & 2 of Fairway Landing are located off the east side of Lake Rd, immediately south of Wedgewood Rd. Phase 1 includes 22 homes along the cul-de-sac street of Lea Ln. Phase 2 encompasses 35 homes along the cul-de-sac streets of Bedford Ct, Paula Ct and Tollar Ct.
Both Phase 1 and Phase 2 have a sidewalk connecting to Chippewa Rail Trail and Medina Country Club.
Phase 3 (currently underway) comprises 26 homes along the cul-de-sac street of Tristin Ln, located 0.3 miles east of Lake Rd, off the north side of Wedgewood Rd.
Ryan Homes is offering five ranch and two-story styles from which to personalize ranging from 1,500-2,400 square feet (excluding finished basements) with 3-4 bedrooms and 2+ bathrooms.
The harmonious streetscape is lined with modern farmhouse designs personalized with stone or brick accents (some are full brick facades), mixed siding profiles, white window trim, white rake board and fascia trim, shutters, gable vents or pediments, and covered front entryways (some with extended front porches).

Optional finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) can feature media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.
Homes are serviced by public water and sewer (no septic).
Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards may feature covered living areas and patios or composite decks.
Homesites have approximately 70′ street frontage and range from 0.19 to 0.27 acres. This easily manageable lot size is appealing to buyers who prefer to spend limited time on yard work.
Lots are fully cleared for wide-open vistas.
Surrounding community greenspace totaling 18.44 acres (yellow areas within the red border on above map) may offer a wooded backdrop or extended meadow views. The narrow yellow strip bordering Chippewa Rail Trail leads roughly 0.80 miles southward to several large parcels of yet unplatted greenspace for Fairway Landing.
