About Cobblestone Park Real Estate
Cobblestone Park is a large community of 326 single-family homes in Medina, Ohio (Montville Township), adjacent to Fox Meadow Country Club, Waite Elementary School and its park.
This subdivision is located near the northeast intersection of Wooster Pike Rd (SR 3) and Poe Rd. It comprises the residential streets of Brownstone Ln, Cobblefield Dr, Cobblestone Park Dr, Hearthstone Way, Honeystone Cir, Luckystone Way, Pebble Ct, Ridgestone Way, Riverrock Way, Rubystone Ln, Soapstone Dr, Shale Ct, Silverstone Ln, Stoneyridge Dr, and the south end of Highland Meadows Dr (house numbers 6389-6458).

The majority of Cobblestone Park single-family homes were built from 2005-2017 by both production builders and custom home builders including Beccia Family Homes, Pelton Design & Construction (PDC), Ryan Homes, Sturgess Construction, and Unmistakably Premier Homes.
The final phase of 40 homes (Phases 3B & 4C), aka Cobblestone Estates, along Soapstone Dr and the west end of Stoneyridge Dr, was constructed by Ryan Homes between 2024-2025.
Facades are primarily constructed of vinyl siding with brick/stone accents, though some have full brick fronts.
Homes include ranch and two-story styles ranging from 1,300-4,100 above-grade square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms. Including finished basements, homes can total 5,500 square feet.
Principal first-floor rooms and amenities include hardwood or LVP flooring, two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms, private dens, and fireplaced great rooms (some are two-story) that are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, and dinette area or morning room.
Owner’s suites (primarily located on the second floor in two-story homes) include a walk-in closet and bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking/jetted tub, dual sinks, and enclosed commode.
Laundry rooms may be located on the first or second level. First-floor laundry rooms include utility tubs and even cabinets.
Second floors may include bonus rooms or lofts.
Finished lower levels may have rec rooms, billiard areas, bars, theaters and exercise rooms.
Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Homes are serviced by public water and sewer.
Lots range from 0.22 to 0.65 acres. Aside from the northwest corner (Phases 1B & 2B), where lots have roughly 65′ street frontage, most have 75′ to 95′ frontage.
The majority of lots are cleared, but some have treed backyards.
Backyards may feature custom patios and/or composite decks and even fire pits.
This family-friendly community allows backyard playsets, sandboxes, swimming pools, and gardens. Backyard fences and storage sheds require approval and adherence to Declarations. View HOA documents.
Community greenspace (yellow parcels on illustrated map above) includes meadows, forests, and ponds.
There are two entrance streets, Cobblefield Dr off the north side of Poe Rd and Cobblestone Park Dr (aka Cobblestone Dr) off the east side of Wooster Pike Rd. The main entrance to Cobblefield Dr has a landscaped divided median and is flanked on both sides by landscape beds with masonry pillars and black metal fencing.
Unlike many of Medina’s neighborhoods, this community has curbs and sidewalks. Streets are illuminated by driveway lamp posts and lantern-style streetlights.
Brownstone Ln, Luckystone Way, Pebble Ct, Ridgestone Way, Riverrock Way, Shale Ct and Stoneyridge Dr have cul-de-sacs enhanced with landscaped islands.
Honeystone Cir is an expansive turnabout featuring a grassed island with paved walkways.
Mailboxes are the same design, bringing uniformity to the streetscape.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Medina City School District. Ralph E. Waite Elementary School is directly accessible through this development via the park’s pedestrian walkway or the driveway off Cobblestone Dr.
The school’s 39-acre Cobblestone Park is directly accessible via the pedestrian walkway off Riverrock Way. The park has picnic pavilions, one mile of paved trails, and baseball and lacrosse fields. Youth teams utilize the ball fields during the spring and summer seasons.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Cobblestone Park are approximately $385 annually.
The east and northeast ends of the development border the golf course or residences of Fox Meadow.
Cobblestone Park adjoins Highland Meadows to the north, which has its own entrance off Sharon Copley Rd.

Lake Medina is 16 min away for hiking, fishing, canoeing, and cross-country skiing.
